We pulled up to the arena and the camera was on me and I looked out the window and said, "Everyone's there all glamorous and I gotta be all emotional... Blew it feels like a lump in my throat!" I sighed and then I took a deep breath and got out of the car and the I walked down the red carpet and posed. After a bunch of interviews and posing later I went inside and then Lee curled my hair and pinned the front two pieces back. My makeup was the same and then I put on a v-neck strapped light pink flowed dress with two slits on each side but you could barely see it because it was really flowed. I was wearing no shoes and then I held up my heart necklace and looked at the camera and said, "My heart!" They laughed and then Linda put it on and I warmed my voice up and then Scooter came back and said, "The show is starting in 5 minutes!" I walked backstage and then out on my ear pieces and played with my hair because I was so nervous. We then did our annual prayer circle and all said, "Amen!" Everyone clapped and I then was led on stage and it was pitch black so the audience couldn't see me. They set me up on the stage and fixed my dress and then I heated Lucy Hale present me and I shook out all my nerves and then I saw the screen lift up so everyone saw me and then the music started...

Towards the end I looked up and whispered, "Thank you Jesus." I'll admit that the performance wasn't my best vocally but probably because I was crying. After the music ended I smiled and mouthed, "Thank you." I looked down and the screen closed and I walked off stage and made it back towards my dressing room and a guy said, "You did fantastic!" I said, "Thank you! Thank you so much!" I walked into my dressing room and everyone cheered and I teared up and hugged Linda and then everyone else and then they all said how emotional it was and what everyone was saying and I said, "Aw ya! Oh good!" I clapped and someone asked how I felt and I said, "I feel good I just am a little bit shocked still in like..." I made hand motions and Scooter said, "Sorry to break up the party but Brooke you need to get on your next dress and go back in the audience your sitting with Selena, Taylor and Lorde!" I smiled and nodded and then I out on black pointed toe shoes and a black dress with a deep neck and everything else was the same. I then walked into the audience and went to my seat and hugged all the girls and we took a bunch of pictures and then sat down and watched the show. The show was around half way over and taylor also performed and so far Nicki Jessie and I won for best group! Then Ed Sheeran walked on stage and said, "This next award goes to the best album of the year!" The audience cheered and he said, "Now this person not only had the bet album but is also winning the award for the best female artist of the year... She has had an amazing year so far and more to come!" We all cheered and then Ed Sheeran said, "And the winner is... BROOKE HYLAND!" I smiled and hugged all the girls and then walked on stage and hugged Ed walked to the microphone and smiled. After the cheers died down I said, "I want to thank all my team who helped me create this album and especially all my fans who have voted and bought the album which only came out yesterday and you guys didn't even know what it sounded like and you voted for it!" They cheered and I said, "I love you guys!" I then walked off stage and it was the intermission. Harry and the rest of the band walked over and I hugged them all including Harry and then he said, "Can we talk?" I nodded and he grabbed my hand and pulled me to the side and said, "You did amazing." He looked me in the eye and I looked away and he said, "Why won't you look at me." I said, "Harry I can't be friends with you." He said, "W-what why?" I said, "I can't be friends with you while I'm still not over you!" He said, "I think that's a good idea." He kissed my cheek and said, "I'll always support you and remember if you ever need me call and if not remember you have a choose chose the side of you that you want to have!" I hugged him and teared up and then I smiled and walked back to my seat. We then danced and watched the rest of the show and I hung out with basically all the celebrities there and took pictures with all of then. Then Diana Ross came on stage and said, "Now this award is the first annual Dick Clark award and the recipient has no idea that she is winning his award!" The audience cheered and then she continued, "This artist continues to inspire me and everyone else with all the emotion she puts into her performances and especially tonight you have to have some courage to go out there and show your heart to everyone in the world." I smiled and she then said, "So the first annual Dick Clark Award For Excellence goes to... Brooke Hyland!" I stood up shocked and I hugged everyone around me as they played a slide show from my concerts and everything and I walked on stage and I hugged Diana and she handed me my award and they were playing out of the woods. I walked to the microphone and I said, "Oh hi guys!" I paused as they all cheered and I then said, "I'm so blown away to have just received an award from Diana Rose who just over the course of her career stood up for herself so many times in a time when it was not popular for a women to stand up for herself. I'm so honored!" I looked at Diana and said, "Thank you for everything you're beautiful!" She blew me a kiss and I continued, "Um Dick Clark...Dick Clark was a visionary he dough for music to be at the forefront of our minds and on our televisions as much as possible. I'm so unbelievably ecstatic that his family chose to honor me and that the Grammys chose to honor me with this. Um and lastly YOU, YOU GUYS! Uh to-to the fans who went and bought out over a million copies of my last three albums- which I literally just found out about by the way!" I made a mind blown hand motion and said, "Um what you did by-by going out and investing in music albums is you're saying that you believe in the same thing I believe in and that music is valuable and music should be consumed in albums and albums should be consumed as art and appreciated and I love you so much- I love getting to know you. I love talking to you online. And I love having a glimpse into your life and I'm so unbelievably happy that you want to have a glimpse into my life! Thank you so much!" I smiled and hugged Diana Rose again and then we walked back stage and took a picture and then I went back into the audience and went over to Selena Taylor and Lorde and they all gave me a group hug and then I looked over at Harry and he mouthed, "Forever and Always." I looked down... I guess this was the end of Barry...
