Womens Soccer Parade

I heard my alarm ringing. I quickly shut it off and I saw that it was 6:30. The parade started at 8 so I had to start getting ready. I went into my bathroom and I showered. When I got out I blow dried my hair and then I put it in a messy but neat high ponytail and I teased it. I wanted to go neutral for my makeup so I just put on:

Foundation
Blush and bronzer
Dark pink tinted Chapstick
Filled in eyebrows
Eyeliner and mascara

I was done with my makeup so I went over to my closet. I heard my phone beep so I went over to it and saw Cara texted me. I read it and she said:
HEYYYY!! Are you going to the parade???

I responded saying:
YAAAA are you!!

She said:
YESSSS

I said:
We should watch it together!!!

She said:
Yayy do you want to meet up at 7:30?

I said:
Okay text me when your there!!

Since it was 7 I wanted to get ready so I could eat before. I decided to be sort of patriotic since it was a America parade! I put on a bright red fitted halter top leotard that showed a little cleavage;) I had a pair of blue ripped jeans that went over the leotard from waist down. Then for my shoes I had my little black booties and then I was all done with my outfit. I quickly went into the kitchen and poured myself a glass of milk and I had an apple. I brushed my teeth and got my phone and put it in my back pocket. I quickly sprayed perfume and I had previously texted Andy telling him about the parade. I went outside my hotel room and locked the door. I went next door to his room and knocked and a few seconds later he opened it and said, "Are you all ready?" I nodded and he shut his door and I rode down on the elevator and when we got out other security joined and made some sort of turtle wall around me. So I guess there's a lot of people outside? They started walking so I just walked trying to stay in between them. They opened the door and I immediately heard screaming. I walked with them as quickly as possible. But for some reason they were literally insane and they almost broke through the wall a few times! I got in the car and they quickly shut the door and they all ran up to it and started banging on the door. I smiled and waved as we pulled away and I made sure none of them got hurt! We started driving to the parade area and when we pulled up I got a text from Cara saying:

BROOKIE COOKIE IM AT THE PARADE😉

I laughed and texted her saying:

OKAY!! I just pulled up carabear😉

Then Andy opened the door for me and I got out of the car and security lead me to this blocked off area. I got in and I looked around and I heard someone screamed, "BROOKIE COOKIE!" I turned around and saw Cara and screamed, "CARABEAR!" We ran towards each other and hugged and she lifted me up and spun my around. After a minute she put me down and said, "I haven't seen you in forever!" I said, "Ya its been so long!" She nodded and said, "Well I'm really excited for the concert tonight!" I said, "Me too so many of my friends are gonna be there and for bad blood I even have the costumes!" She smiled and clapped. I laughed and she said, "Well we should go over there and watch the parade!" I nodded in agreement and we went off to the side to watch the parade. During the parade we just cheered and danced and sang! It was a lot of fun! Since now the parade was over Cara and I were actually getting to meet the soccer team. And incase you were wondering Carli Lloyd was probably my favorite player, but I overall loved the whole team! We saw them walk over and Cara elbowed me and said, "Oh my gosh they are so much taller than you!" She started laughing and I said, "Shut up." She continued laughing and they came over to us and I said, "Hi I'm Brooke!" Cara said, "And I'm Cara!" They smiled and they all introduced themselves! We told them congratulations and stuff and then we took a picture we them. We told them how excited we were for the concert tonight and they all agreed! They left and Cara and I took pictures and then we hugged goodbye. I said, "I'll see you tonight!" She said, "Ya at 7 right?" I said, "Yep!" We hugged again and then I saw Andy and I went over to him and he said, "Scooter said for me to take you right to met life stadium!" I said, "It's only 12 though." He said, "Yes but you have to pick out your outfits, then you have a meet and greet, then you have sound check then the performance!" I said, "Okay what time is the meet and greet?" He said, "3:30!" I said, "Okay then we should get going!" He nodded in agreement and we walked over to the car and drove to the met life stadium venue...
