I heard my alarm clock ring. I sat up and I honestly wasn't tired at all. I was so excited to announce the engagement and go to the Met Gala! I got up and saw it was 10:30 and then I had gotten up and went into the bathroom and I showered. I got out and blow dried my hair and then I put on a little foundation. I went into the kitchen and then I saw Harry making breakfast. I smiled and went behind him and kissed his cheek. I could feel him smirk and he turned around and put the food on the plates and we sat down. He said, "How do you think we should tell everyone?" I said, "I'm not really sure what do you think." He said, "I was hopping that you would have an idea." We laughed and I said, "Well maybe we will just kind of...tell our fans after the met gala?" He said, "Ya I think that's a good idea." We are our breakfast and Harry was smiling at me. I said, "What?" He said, "I just love seeing you in the ring!" I smiled and said, "I love the ring almost as much as I love you." He bursted out laughing and I said, "Oh my god that was so cheesy!" He walked over to me and said, "I loved it babe." He stood in front of me and leaned in and slowly kissed me. He said, "I am going to get changed because we have our fitting!" I said, "Okay same!" We both went upstairs and I had put on black skinny leather tight pants and a long sleeve brownish colored shirt. I put on black leather shoes and sunglasses and I grabbed my purse and put my stuff in it and then I fed Marilyn and Harry said, "Let's go!" I said, "Okay!" I walked over to him and we went in his car and drove to the studio. We pulled up and quickly went inside since we were running a few minutes late. When we got in we saw Fransisco who was out designer. He said, "Hello guys!" I hugged him and Harry shook his hand and then he said, "Okay Harry go in the room on the left and Brooke go in the room on the right and put on your outfits!" We nodded and Harry pecked my cheek and I went into my room and saw one of the most gorgeous dresses I have ever seen. It was a emerald green high neck long straight dress that went to the floor and was covered with silver Swarovski crystals. Then the sides were cut out and had emerald green strings attaching it and it showed a little side boob. I quickly put it on and admired it and then I went outside and I saw Harry was in this black suit with a emerald green tie. He smiled at me and said, "Oh my gosh you are gorgeous!" I smiled and spun around and I said, "I love this dress!" Fransisco said, "Okay well first Brooke I will fit your dress and then I'll sen you in to hair and makeup!" I said, "Okay!" He did his changes and around 30 minutes later he was done. I walked back into the changing room and then changed out of the dress and went into the other room where I saw Lee. I hugged her and then she screamed. I said, "Oh my gosh what happened!" She pointed to my hand and I blushed and she said, "Is this a..." I nodded and she said, "It's gorgeous!" I said, "Thank you!" She said, "Okay well I will start on your nails since we need your hands to look gorgeous!" I nodded and smiled and she said, "Okay I am going to do nude long nails!" I nodded and she put them on and when she finished she did my makeup. After she finished I looked in the mirror and admired my makeup and it was:
Flawless foundation and bronzer Highlighting and contouring
Filled in brows
Small winged eye liner
A little silver eye shadow to match the crystals on my dress
Individual fake eyelashes and mascara
Pale lipstick that just brought out my natural lip color
Then she did my hair which was in a perfect middle part and was pin straight. She said, "Okay well you should get on your dress!" I said, "Okay thanks!" We took a quick selfie and then she said, "Oh here's your clutch!" It was a Swarovski silver clutch. I smiled and said, "Thank you!" I walked into the room where Fransisco was. He said, "Oh my gosh just in time I just had finished all of the touch ups on your dress!" I said, "Yay!" He handed me my dress and I put it on and he put it perfectly and then Harry came in and his hair was quaffed back and he looked HOT! He came over to me and said, "You look gorgeous!" I smiled and said, "Thank you!" Fransisco said, "Okay now before you leave we need to take some pictures!" We walked over to him and we had taken a bunch of pictures. He said, "Okay well your limo is here and it's sort of a long drive so you guys should get going!" Harry said, "Okay thanks man!" They did some bro hug weird thing and I hugged him like a normal person and said, "Thank you!" Harry and I got in the limo and drove off. I took a picture of my hand holding my clutch and you could see the color of my dress and I had captioned it:

Harry then said, "Are you excited?" I said, "Ya I am!" He said, "Me too!" He moved closer to me and wrapped his arm around me and he said, "I am loving the side of this dress." I said, "You are a pervert styles." He said, "Well I can look at my future wife like that future Mrs. styles!" I said, "Oh my god." He said, "What's wrong!" I said, "Nothing its just that you have never called me your future wife." He smiled and said, "God I can't wait till we are married!" I said, "Me too styles." He said, "I actually think we are here." I looked out the window and said, "Ya..." I shook my hands and said, "Are you freaking out too?" He said, "Yes." He leaned in to kiss me and I said, "No don't ruin the lipstick!" He chuckled and looked at my ring and said, "Let's do this!" His door opened and he got out and walked around to my side and the driver opened the door and I thanked him and took Harry's hand. The photographers started screaming...mostly about the ring! We posed together and separate and 10 or so minutes later we walked up the stairs and I said, "I honestly don't know if I am more nervous about these stairs or the announcement!" He chuckled and said, "As of now the stairs!" I laughed and we got up SAFELY! And went over to the side and someone said, "Can we ask you a question for snapchat!" I said, "Uh sure!" We turned to the camera and the guy said, "We are here with Brooke Hyland and Harry Styles!" We waved and said, "Hi!" He thanked us and then I saw Gigi and Karlie. I whispered to Harry, "I'll be back." I walked over to them and then I hugged them and then Gigi said, "Oh my gosh Brooke!" She grabbed my hand and said, "Your accessories are gorgeous!" I said, "It's actually an engagement ring." Karlie and Gigi literally screamed and people stared at us and they hugged me and Kendall and Selena walked over and Karlie whispered/yelled, "Harry and Brooke are engaged!" They both screamed and I said, "Sh!" They hugged me and Selena said, "Oh my gosh when!" I said, "Yesterday!" They squeezed and I looked and saw Harry and Justin talking. We all walked over to them and Justin saw me and said, "Who would have thought Brookie would be the first to get hitched!" I shoved him jokingly and said, "Shut up Biebs!" He hugged me and said, "But seriously I am so happy for you too!" He hugged us and then everyone else joined in yelling, "GROUP HUG!" Karlie said, "Okay well I wan pictures!" We all walked over to the side and then took a bunch of pictures. I had posted one where the girls were all holding my hands on the ground making shocked faces and I was holding out my hand I had captioned it:

We were walking in and I then saw Beyoncé Kim and Jlo. I quickly walked over to them and hugged them all and then Beyoncé said, "Girl you got some bling on your finger!" I laughed and Kim said, "I always want to keep my red carpet jewelry!" I said, "Well I actually do get to keep it considering it's an engagement ring." They screamed and Jlo said, "Oh my gosh!" Kim said, "We need pictures with you!" I nodded and we took a bunch of photos and I posted one of all of us and captioned:

I then said goodbye to them and I walked inside and went over to our table and saw that at my table was Harry, Justin, Kendall, Karlie, Selena, Gigi, Bella Hadid, Cara, Jordan Dunn, Oliver Rosing, Mario Testino and Hailey Baldwin. I sat down next to Harry and said hi to everyone. Harry then wrapped his arm around me and kissed my cheek. He looked around the table and said, "Us guys are so out numbered." I saw there were only three guys and I laughed and Harry kissed me quickly and then he pulled away. I smiled and leaned in and I kissed him and I put my hand on his cheek and he wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer. We continue kissing and then pulled away and everyone was staring at us. I blushed and hide my face and they all had cheered. After a few minutes of embarrassment they had stopped and then the event had started. A few hours later the event was over and we had talked, taken ALOT of photos and actually payed attention. We all were going to Rihanna's after party but we first had to change and all of the girls had our stylist bring our outfits to a suite we had rented upstairs. The boys went into a different room. We quickly put on our new outfits and my outfit was a white halter top crop top that honestly was more like a bra because the whole back was opened. All of the straps were black and then the front pattern had black in it and it was leather(fake). I had a orangish colored high waisted side high low leather again fake skirt. My shoes were black strapped heels and my hair and makeup were all the same. Then I had a black chocked necklace and once we were all done we went downstairs and got in the limo where the boys already were. I went on my phone and saw a photo of Kylie me and Karlie holding hands that the paparazzi had taken. Oh did I forget to mention but Kylie had joined us for the after party. I posted it on Instagram and captioned it saying:

We drove off to the after party and we blasted music and danced along to the songs.
