CHAPTER 29: ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE
3RD POV
They all stared in shock, Kasumi was right behind them with the most deadly glare they ever knew she had
"Long time no see..."
"Kasumi nee-chan...!" Naruto exclaimed
"It's nice to finally meet you in person Kasumi Hatake" Sai said with his smile
Kasumi raised a brow not knowing who he is 'That's Kasumi Uchiha to you' However Kasumi chose to keep quiet
"That's sai... He used to be a part of ROOT" Ruki said
"Kasumi nee-chan... come back home..." Naruto said locking eyes with her
"Naruto don't-" Sakura said, however, was cut off when Kasumi spoke for herself
"I don't think I'll ever be accepted there Naruto, I'm rouge now" Kasumi said firmly
"I don't believe you did anything wrong to deserve this! I can convince Tsunade baa-chan to take you back!" Everyone stared at him in shock... the others in interest
"That won't happen... The Hokage won't agree to that easily besides I'm not really willing to come back" Kasumi said
All was silent for a while before naruto lowered his head and spoke in a low tone "Do you know what happened to Sasuke?"
"...I did"
"Then you're not the nee-chan I know!" Naruto's eyes showed anger as he glared at her
"Nee-chan would always protect Sasuke! She always cared for him!"
"Did you trust him?" Everyone was taken aback by her question. they were all confused
"After all, I was the one who took care of him... I know him, You can't find someone who is unwilling to be found, And I trust that you won't find him... He will find you instead."
"What does that mean-"
"Let's cut to the chase I won't be going back but you're here for Hoshi, aren't you?" Kasumi said before glancing at Hoshi who was smirking yet his hand was twitching
"I assume my mom is ready to pummel me...?"
"Kill." Sakura corrected
"...Right"
"You know I really don't wanna go back home but If I don't she'll personally pick me up, would she?" They all nodded in response
"Kasumi, I need an execuse before I go back" Hoshi whispered harshly as his hand twitched
"Someone's scared of mommy" Akihiko whistled
"You never even met her!"
"Oh I bet I can handle a few moms here and there" Akihiko teased
"Well... You can tell her about Jiraiya, Grandfather-- I mean Danzo, The only person I can't trust in Konoha is Danzo and the elders" Ruki whispered making sure she was unheard
"...Good Idea."
"But you can first start telling me about your so called 'productive' doings, Or probably how you managed to capture tenzo here who is trapped in his own wood" Kasumi interrupted
And this was it, Today was the day he let out the truth to Kasumi

"Well looks like I'll be going with them.." Hoshi sighed
Kasumi didn't answer, She wasn't mad nor was she happy either... In fact she had mixed emotions although this was the case deep down she felt pity for Hoshi. Boy, He couldn't even tell his own mother about this
