Inari ran from building to building looking for people to fight. "COME OUT!!! I NEED YOU!! NARUTO NEEDS OUR HELP!!!" he screamed banging on doors. No one came out. He growled and ran to his home. He pulled in a casket of arrows and 'armor'.
He opened the door and saw the entire village at his front door. "Let's go Inari!!! Let's take back our village!" Many of them shouted. They ran to the bridge and Inari shot an arrow at the other crowd. "We won't let you trample in us anymore Gato!" Inari shouted as the rest cheered. They fought them back out of their lives until Gato was killed in the rush. Trampled to death. Everyone cheered and Naruto, Kakashi, Sakura, Sasuke, Tazuna and Homura where taken to Inari's home to be feed and looked after.

"Thank you for letting us stay. But we must be going. We have a village to go home to" Kakashi said bowing to Tazuna. "You're very welcome! You saved our lives and the bridge is built. You have us back our strength!" Tazuna said smiling. The squad turned for home and made the long journey back to the Leaf Village.

"Home" Homura sighed as the Leaf Village loomed into view. Naruto ran in and ran home. Sasuke went to meet his brother and Sakura went to her home. Kakashi waved goodbye to Homura who went off to train.
"Hey! Shika! How are you?" Homura asked getting close to the lazy ninja. "*YAWN* Just fine thanks. You here to train?" He asked moving over so she could sit down. "Just finished for today. Just came back from a mission too" she muttered stretching her arms. "Geez. You're gonna kill yourself one of these days ya know?" He said looking up at the sky. "Oh well. As long as I've lived my life to the fullest I don't care" she said pulling out some rice balls. "You want one?" She asked handing over one, Shikamaru took it gratefully and began eating. "Anything new happening?" Homura asked. "Nope. Asuna-sensei is working us to the bone though" Shika sighed rubbing his head. "Of course you would complain. We get to 'home our skills in our own time'" she pouted. He laughed, she giggled. "Well I gota go. You know dinner won't cook itself" she said standing up and wiping away the dirt. "See ya later then" Shikamaru said raising a hand as she walked off.
