Chapter 5

"Sir I would like to bring my student with me on this solo-mission" Ikibi said accepting the scroll. "Fine. But please be careful" Sarutobi said nodding his head.

"Up brat! We're going on a mission" Ikibi said dumping water in her. "Ikibi-sensei! It's 5:30! Give me five more minutes" she complained rolling over completely ignoring the water. "No now!" He said ripping the wet sheets off of her and picking her up. "Sensei! Put me down!" She giggled. "Fine but meet me at the gates in 10 minutes" he said dropping her on her soaking bed and disappearing is a cloud of smoke. She rolled off and walked into the bathroom, showered quickly and changed into a small black shirt that covered my chest, a loose fishnet shirt and black pants.

~At the gate

"Hullo sensei! I'm ready!" She called running up to him. He looked down "we're going to the land of the waves where it's misty and cold. Are you sure you're ready?" He asked noting her lack of anything warm. "Yep!" She beamed at him. Rolling his eyes he started walking with her following him closely.

Naruto walked up to the house. 'It's massive! But she is the 4th's daughter' he thought. He saw a little note addressed to him. It read.

Hello Naruto!

How are you? I'm so sorry I couldn't be here my sensei is a big meanie and made me go somewhere with him. I'm not sure when I'll be back but I'll let you know when I come back!

"She isn't here if you are wondering" he said to a shinobi he passed while walking back down. "Hn~. Troublesome kid" Itachi said. Following him. "Who are you mister?" The boy asked the older one. "Itachi Uchiha." He grunted at the younger one. "Naruto Uzumuki!" The boy said cheerfully. Itachi smirked.

~A few days later

"Sensei how much longer?" Homura asked. "About half an hour" he said. She groaned. "Shut up kid! Hey quick question how old are you?" He asked. It had been roughly a year since they had met. "6 years old! I turned 6 on the 10th of October" she chirped happily. "Well since I didn't treat you then I'll give you a present when we get back" he said cheerfully, way out of character. "You don't have to sensei!" She said taking note of the suspicious cheerfulness. "Why are you being so cheerful?" She asked. "Your sensei isn't cheerful brat?" Zetsu asked. "Nope he is grumpy! Why are you here?" She asked happy to see her friend. "He went ahead of you to see if you could make it on your own. We're helping you cheat brat. Be grateful" they said. She chuckled lightly. "well you best be off we're almost there" she said. They disappeared in a cloud of dust.

"Sensei! I hate you!" Homura yelled when she found her sensei. "It was to see if you would follow this mission with or without me" he said beckoning her to follow. She grumpily followed taking note if all the sad eyes. "Sensei why is everyone so sad?" She asked. "There is a man here called Gato. He is cruel and has recently taken control here. He is a horrible man" he said walking into a hotel and walking down a corridor. "This is your room Homura" he said walking up to a room labeled 307. "I'm right next door" he said pointing at the door labeled 308. "Ok sensei!" She said closing the door.

'Another lone night' she thought as she placed her bag in the corner and placed traps around the room. "Oi! Get your butt out here kid" Ibiki said knocking on the door. "Coming!" She called putting her kunai pouch around her upper thigh. "Mission time" he said beckoning her to follow.
