Chapter 47

So the question thing was a big flop 😭. Which is fine~~~~ I just cried in a corner for an hour~~~~~ anyway I'm back with the story. But if you wanna drop a question just do it in the comment box and if I get heaps of questions I'll dedicate a chapter to it.

Konan held Mikurye close to her body as she walked into The Leaf Village. The first people that spotted her was, of course, the two guards Kotetsu Hagane and Izumo Kamizuki. They both recognised her immediately and pulled her towards the Hokage Tower, trying to be as gentle as possible.

Konan arrived in Tsunade's office in reasonably good condition, But she was still shaken and Mikurye was very teary. In a brief version of events Konan explained what had happened and when 'The Master' was going to attack. She also explained that The Rain Village had been destroyed with no survivors apart from herself and her child.

Tsunade sat still throughout Konan's speech and thought of ways to counter-attack The Master, or better yet stop the attack from happening. She listened to the description of the attack and looked over the child. The child looked fine Physically but Tsunade doubted that she was fine mentally.

When Konan finished, she was on the brink of tears, so Tsunade called for Homura and Kiba, telling the two that they'd be safe in their care.

Hidan gulped as he limped into the village, stopping obediently as one of the guards stopped him.

"Halt! Who are you? And what do you want?" The guard asked, he had spiky black hair and a bandage over his nose and on his chin. "I need to see Homura Nameikaze!! It's important!!" Hidan gasped, 'struggling' to stay on his feet. "So many weirdos for that kid... on what business?" He asked, mumbling the first part.

"Do you not fucking hear me? It's important!" Hidan growled. The guard held up his hands and after a quick scan of Hidan's possessions he let him limp through.

He smirked back at the guy and slowly started making his way through the village, not getting any clue to where his destination stood. He wondered aimlessly for a few more hours before sighing and walking off to the food area he had passed earlier. He stopped short when he heard the voice of the woman he was looking for.

He smiled happily as he came to window of the BBQ place and lent in the window, acting as though he didn't know she was in there. He heard giggling and he looked up suddenly, as though he hadn't a clue there was someone there.

"Oh! Homura! Nice ta see ya!!!" He exclaimed, acting surprised. "Hello Hidan. What brings you to Konoha?" Homura asked, an innocent smile creeping to her lips as the brown haired boy shot him a look.

"Thought I should visit you sweet cheeks, who's the kid?" Hidan asked, gesturing to the boy opposite her. "Kiba, Hidan, my friend. Hidan, Kiba, My Boyfriend" Homura replied, gesturing to the person she was referring to.

"Oooo~~~ lucky bastard" Hidan said, earning another look from Kiba. "Now that we have introductions outta the way I need to talk to you!! We'll leave the lucky bastard here?" Hidan asked. "No. I think I'm done with secrecy" Homura responded quite plainly. Hidan raised an eyebrow, he never thought that he'd hear the little pipsqueak say something like that.

"Fair enough. I need to hang low here for a while. Could you or one of your friends squeeze me in?" Hidan replied. "I'll see if Shino or Sasuke will have you. But you have to be respectful" Homura replied, "I've got my hands full with Konan-Sama and Mikurye-chan are both still very shaken up".

"Ok. Let's go Reddie!!!" Hidan demanded. Homura smiled and gestured for Kiba to follow her.

Shino was relaxing quite comfortably against a tree, his bugs keeping an eye out as he caught some well-deserved rest.

'I don't know how Kurenai-sensei dealt with us' he thought as his mind wondered to his three students. He was one of the few from the original Konoha 14 to actually ascend to Jonin level. And was the only one to accept being an after-academe sensei.

"Hey! Shino!! I got a favour!!" A sudden voice called. 'Ah~ Homura. Wha- who is the silver haired nin?' He thought, his glassed eye caught the nin. "Hm~?" He grunted, his gaze not leaving the man. 'He's not that bad looking-wait. What?' He asked himself, shaking his head and landing on his feet quietly.

"This is Hidan. He needs a place to stay for a while" Homura responded. "Follow me... Hidan is it?" Shino asked, deciding to mess with the man before him. Hidan's magenta eyes narrowed before he smiled and allowed himself to be lead away.

Homura watched them leave before allowing herself to be lead away by Kiba, who seemed to be in a hurry to get home. Homura looked back one last time and smiled.

"Yo... Kiba. How long has Shino known he was Gay?"

Kakuzu paced, the annoying little girl watching him move. She held onto her little teddy-bear as though her life depended on it. Her magenta eyes trailing after him as his anger grew.

"Stop lying! You know you dun't wanna do dis" the girl spoke up. "SHUT UP YOU LITTLE BRAT!!" Kakuzu screamed, causing the little white-head to flinch. "Imma only say da truf and dat da truf" she replied.

"She killed my wife" Kakuzu hissed. "Na-uh! Onii-San never lies! And Onii-San says dat Homura-Nee is a nice girl!" Mizuki exclaimed. "Shut up!!" Kakuzu hissed again, sweeping his cloak and exiting the room. Mizuki just watched him go, sadness carving itself into her wide Magenta eyes.

"Onii-Kun... please come and help me" she whimpered, hugging her teddy-bear tighter now.

"I'm scared of dese people"
