"I am sick of crying every night Kaa-San but I can't help it. You and Tou-San left us too early" I said. It was 5am and I was standing at my parents gave as it rained.

Now a lot if you are probably wondering what a five-year-old little girl was doing visiting her dead parents grave at that time in the morning, and you are probably wondering who 'us' is. Well I am the eldest child of the 4th Hokage. By about 5 seconds. I took the responsibility of 'Hokage's child' because my little brother was the Jinchuraki host of the nine tailed beast. I was also, how do you say... A prodigy. I also had special eyes. I could turn them into anything: Sharingan, Byakugan or Rinnagan I also had my own special level of eye called the Shishigan. It allowed me to control the elements. Pretty cool eh? One a Jinchuraki and one with amazing eyes! Yet he doesn't even know that we are related. Back to the story.

"Hey! Little girl! What are you doing here?" A rough voice asked. "Leaving" I said smiling brightly at the man. "What is your name?" He asked. "Homura Nameikaze" I muttered. "Hn. Fancy last names don't impress me kid" he said turning to leave. Smiling I shouted "you didn't tell me your name shinobi-San!". "Ikibi. Ikibi Morino" he said walking off. I shrugged my shoulders and walked back home. Ready to start training.

~

A few hours later I ended up at training ground 14. Sighing I unpacked my books and some little slips of paper. Chakara paper. I picked up a piece and placed it in between my two chubby hands. I focused my chakara to my hands and removed the paper. It first crumpled then split in two then caught fire. "Hm~ Lightning, Air and Fire" I mumble before grabbing a book with the fire symbol on it. Gotta start somewhere.

~

"One....more....time" I huff catching my breath. "Ok! Horse.. Tiger.. Serpent.. Ram.. Monkey.. Boar.. Horse.. Tiger.. FIREBALL JUTSU!" I said blowing a fireball out in the open. "Yes! I did it!" I said after it disappeared. "You shouldn't be able to do that" a rough familiar voice said. "Hello Morino-San! How are you?" I asked cheerfully. "Slightly shocked actually. how long have you been able to do that?" He asked. "Since about three seconds ago" I said truthfully. I could see the surprise in his eyes. "I want to offer you a position. I, Ibiki Morino, would like to offer you the position if being my student" he said formally.

"Nope"

I walked off after that hearing hearty laughter a few seconds after I lost him from view. Grinning from ear to ear. He wasn't gonna let this slide.

~ Later that day

I heard a knock and got up to answer it. "Hello Morino-San! Would you like a cup of tea?" I asked offering him to come inside. "Yes thank you" he said stepping inside and taking off his shoes. I walked into the kitchen and prepared two cups of tea. I, then, slowly carried them back to the Living room and set them down. "I know you are ticked" I said calmly "but I don't know why". "One: because you flat out refused me. Two: a flippin five year old flat out refused me" he said also taking a sip of his tea. I just smiled. "I'm not gonna tell you why~" I said. He nearly spat his tea. "And why the hell not!?!" He asked. "I don't wanna tell you~" I said I could see a tick mark pulsing.

"I have been ignored for 5 whole years of my life Morino-San and in those five years I have learnt to read even the most unreadable faces. I don't have anything of my mothers or fathers except for books a kitchen ware. Everything else is gone" I said noticing him trying to find some trace of my parents. "Why have you been ignored?" He asked eyes widening just a fraction. "Because I am a reminder left behind by the 4th and a burden to everyone much like the Yellow-haired boy called Naruto. People simply wish for me to disappear" I said smiling again.

"So that's why you train then? To forget how people treat you? Or to be strong enough to one day leave?" He asked. "No. I train simply to grow stronger to help this world, this village, by eventually giving it what it needs" I said. "Geez- your pretty smart and intellectual for a five year old" he breathed. "What do you mean by 'eventually giving it what it needs'?" He asked. "You'll know about it went it happens" I said returning to my well-practiced bubbly smile. We finished our tea in silence. When I walked him to the door he said "I will get you to be my student! You know that right?". I shook my head. "You can try but it won't work" I said closing the door.

~A week later

I was training again and I knew he knew that I knew he was there. "I don't understand why you want me to be your student Morino-San" I said looking up from the book. "You're different" he said simply. Rolling my eyes I returned to the book on Sharingan Eyes. "Mh~ this is gonna be difficult" I muttered. I slowly got up and gathered my books, placing them in my shoulder bag and walking off. He was following me, of course. I walked down to the Uchiha compound and looked around uncertainly. "Why are you here?" Morino asked. "I want some help with my Sharingan. But I don't like this place it looks sad" I said. "Sharingan? I thought only Uchiha had that" he said. "I have special eyes called Shishigan" I muttered at the ground. With that I walked off resolving to come back at a later date. Now I was hungry.

I walked down to a dango shop waving goodbye to Morino on the way. I walked into a small one no-one really knew about. Which was a same because the dangoes were really yummy. I sat down and ordered a small and simple plate. As soon as my food arrived a young boy about 10 sat opposite of me. "How may I help you Uchiha-San?" I asked noticing the crest on his shirt. "What were you doing at the entrance of the Uchiha compound?" He asked sternly.

I smiled up at him, munching happily on some dango. "Seeing if the 'Great Uchiha Clan' lives up to it's standard" I smirked. "Hn~ cheeky aren't you" he said. "Why did you follow me? I know there are plenty of people around here that 'visit' the Uchiha compound. But why follow me?" I asked reframing myself from reading his face. "Because Morino-San was there and I wanted to know why" he growled. "Not until you give me your name Uchiha-kun!" I giggled. "Itachi. Now answer the question" he said. "Morino-San wants me to be his student. And I said no!" I said cheerfully skipping out. "Thank you for the meal Itachi-San!" I called.

~

I dropped to my knees, again. I had been running for 8 hours straight. "Hey kid! What are you doing?" Morino-San asked. I didn't answer I was too busy trying to breath. I had trained my self three different times just that day without proper recovery times in between. I was almost put cold when I felt large hands pick me up and check my pulse. "Shit! The hell Homura! You trying to die?" He muttered running in the direction of the hospital. All I had to do was keep breathing. Just.. Keep.. Breathi- I slipped from conscious as he burst through the doors.
