After nearly 2 weeks i felt a little lighter i could now maintain contact without flinching or being terrified to touch anyone, the nightmares had currently got worse but it's only going to be temporary, i was slowly coming to terms with the past and how it had effected me. No one has seen my progress because i asked mum not to visit along with dad and that i would make my way home for Christmas they didn't seem to mind as i had given them regular updates Brie and Tessa where the only ones of my friends that knew about the 'holiday' well that's what we where calling it. After missing two Christmas' i wanted make the most of the few day i have with my little sister, no one knew my intentions of going back to Switzerland after New Years but it was something i need to do if i wanted to get back to that relatively normal life I had before I joined the army. We are only having a small Christmas day this year apparently, Rose, Colin, Mum, my dad and Romain. My dad had a huge argument with Rebecca so she is staying in England with her family, she said it was unreasonable for me to ask them to stay in a hotel when i have two perfectly good guest bedrooms. She didn't seem to understand the overwhelming possibility that i could kill her in my sleep, said that i was making it all up and that the treatment everyone was paying for was useless so they are currently taking a time out from their marriage apparently while Dad stays in my room at mums, mum may have said something along the lines of, 'would it be so bad to kill her in your sleep' thinking I hadn't heard it but she can't mumble or whisper shit for the life of her.
After finally getting home I open the front door to see Christmas decorations strung around the house and a huge Christmas tree in the hallway, along with another one in the lounge. I make my way to put everything in the washer before noticing a package on the kitchen counter. A note on the top says 'To our favourite Idiot happy Christmas love your three fav girls' I open the box and laugh at what's inside, the first thing I pull out is group pack of photos, three signed autographs from Brie, Tessa and Lizzie. Followed by a Christmas jumper.

I decide to call them later after I have done some shopping, I throw on a new hoodie and head out to the shops to get exactly what I need. Jumping into my car I drive down the street until I reach the car park throwing on a hoodie and a cap I make my way inside.
The first stop is Brie i have been planning this gift for the whole flight over and had researched the best thing to get, a pink and black gaming chair along with a gold Zelda Triforce ring.
Lizzie was easier to buy for she had told me how she wanted a composter for her garden and i managed to find one that matched some planters along with a seeding pack so i had ordered them to be delivered on the 23rd
Tessa was a lot more complicated, She is a talented singer we often danced and and sang on set together while we where messing around and waiting for next takes well that was before my mental health went a little down hill. So what do you get your singing partner? A bluetooth portable karaoke machine.
Colin and Romain was alcohol and food like normal along with some jokey presents like elf ears and some party games. I got Colin a beeropoly game and used the selfie Rose helped take of the four of us on the couch in a photo frame. Romain also got a photo but me and Rose are quite a bit younger i think Rose is around 2 and i'm 15/16, i also got him a gadgets and notes smart folder for him to use at work.
