Broken But Beautiful (SnapeXReader) COMPLETE

I woke up and remembered last night. I rolled over. Emma was laying next to me fast asleep. I rolled back over and looked at the clock on my bedside table. It read 7am. I got out of bed careful not to wake Emma. I fell asleep wearing my school robes so I changed into my other ones. How should I go about breaking up with Draco? Oh I know! I left the room and started off toward the owlery.

I didn't have an owl myself so I used one of the school owls. My note read:

Draco,

Please meet me on the 6th floor corridor by the knight painting during lunch.

I was now sitting in the great hall next to Emma for breakfast.

"I wrote Draco a note." I said

"You can't break up with him with a note!" I shook my head.

"I know. I told him where to meet me."

"Oh ok. Are you nervous?"

"Duh. I have no idea what he is going to do."

"True. Besides, have you heard the rumors?"

"What rumors?" I asked.

"There are rumors going around that he is a death eater now."

"But doesn't Voldemort only recruit ya know, older people?"

"Don't say the name!" Exclaimed Emma in a hushed voice. 

I rolled my eyes. "Who care its just a stupid name." 

She hit me in the arm. "You clearly haven't been in the wizarding world long enough to know the damage he has done."

"Yes I have but it's just a name. It's not like he knows I said it. Besides he isn't stupid enough to come here when Dumbledore is around."

"Just don't say it. It affects a lot of people."

"Whatever."

"Anyways, so you want to be with Severus then?" She asked quietly. 

I shrugged. "I don't know. I just can't seem to stay away from him." 

Emma smiled "Awwwww you guys will be so cute!" I laughed

"You say that about every couple."

"No I do not."

"Yes you do." 

She laughed "Whatever!"

The rest of breakfast was just light hearted banter. I had potions right after breakfast. I was not looking forward to it.

Severus had looked at me as I walked in. I could feel his gaze following me to my seat, begging me to look at him but I wouldn't. I sat down at my regular spot. In the very back corner of the room. I took out my notebook and started doodling to avoid looking at him. I looked at my finger and saw that the ring Severus had given me was still there. Crap I must have forgot to take it off. But, I want to keep it on. I am breaking up with Draco today anyways. Severus probably doesn't want to be with me anyways. 

Severus walked up to the front to start class. I didn't feel like paying attention so I got out my phone and earbuds. I turned on some music and put them in my ears. Severus looked at me and saw my earbuds. It wasn't like I tried to hide them anyways. They were in plain sight. I saw a flash of anger in his eyes and he went back to teaching. I put my head down on my desk. I didn't feel like doing anything today.
