I woke up remembering what today was: the last day of school! We were all due to leave at eleven. I wasn't quite sure how I was going to be getting to Severus's house. I sat up and looked over to Emma's bed. She was rubbing her eyes.

"Good morning!" I said. 

She stopped rubbing her eyes and sat up. "Morning," She groaned. "I am glad you are excited."

"Why aren't you?"

"Because I will be away from you and Severus is probably going to not let you see me."

"He isn't that heartless. He will let me. I promised I would see you."

"You better. And if he doesn't let you he will have hell to pay." 

I laughed. 

"Hey, I am serious."

"Whatever. We should start packing its eight thirty already." 

Emma nodded thoughtfully. "Ya I guess." We both rolled out of bed and began packing.

It was nine thirty by the time we finished packing.

"I need to go talk to Severus." I said to Emma. I wanted to ask him how we were getting to his house.

"What about breakfast?"

"I can eat later." She rolled her eyes.

"Whatever. Go be with your boyfriend that you will spend all summer with instead of your best friend that you probably will never see because of your boyfriend."

"I told you I would!" We both laughed. "Bye. I will see you in a little while."

I was walking down to the dungeons where Sevs private living space was, careful to not run into anyone. I knocked on his door. I heard rustling behind the door. The door swung open. Severus looked angry when he saw me. He poked his head out of his room and looked left and right. He grabbed my arm and pulled me into his room and slammed the door behind me.

"You need to be careful. Someone could have seen you." He hissed.

"I was." I said angrily.

He scoffed."Sure you were."

"I was. I know the stakes." I said through gritted teeth.

"Next time don't come down here."

"Fine. I won't." I turned to leave.

"Wait." He said. I turned back to him.

"What?" I said annoyed.

"Why did you come down here?"

"Doesn't matter anymore." I turned toward the door but he grabbed my hand gently and turned me toward him.

"Yes it does. I am sorry."

"You sure say that a lot." I snapped.

"I know. I am trying to work on it."

"Whatever." I jerked my hand away from him and left. I didn't even get my question answered. I don't even get to ask it for that matter. Oh well. I will find out eventually. I am dreading going now. I am sick and tired of him always doing this. He is nice to me one minute and the next he is being a dick. He is supposed to be my boyfriend but he is treating me like shit. I don't want to stay with him anymore. What if I just stay in the Gryffindor tower and stay here over the summer? That would probably be better than staying with him.

I walked with Emma to the train platform. She hugged me tightly.

"I am going to miss you so so much!" She let go. 'If he is an absolute ass again, let me know and I will whip his ass with my shoe." I laughed.

"I will." I had told Emma earlier about what had happened. The train's whistle blew. "Go or else it will leave without you!" I said. 

She gave me a sad smile. "Remember to write to me!"

"I will!!" She got on the train and waved at me through the window. I waved back at her and the train started moving. Once it was far enough away I stopped waving. I let out a sigh and turned. I stopped moving. Severus was standing a good distance away from me. He walked over to me.

"Ready to go?"

"I guess." I mumbled. I really didn't want to go with him. I did love him but, His anger was a bit much at times. What if he would hit me? I shook the thought from my head.

"Will be apparating." He held out his hand.

"What about my stuff?"

"It's already there. Lets go." He nodded at his hand. I sighed and grabbed his hand.

We were now standing outside a huge black mansion. I looked around and didn't see any neighbors. Severus started walking to the house. I followed but kept a good distance between us. He opened the door for me and I stepped inside.
