Jai's life always consisted of going to America, the studio and more America. It was stressful and I don't get it.
"Gemma." Jai says as he walks out of his managers office. Jai was called in for an emergency meeting with his manager and I decided to go, but I had to wait outside.
"What's happened?" I ask.
"You how I told you that after the album, there would be a tour." He asks and I nod.
"Well, I'm going to tour Europe and America for sic months." He says and my heart drops.
"You kidding, right?" I ask and he shakes his head. I hug him tight and I never want to let him go.
"When are you leaving?" I ask.
"In a couple of weeks." He says.
"I will miss you." I say and he nods.
"I will miss you too." He agrees and we drive 53 minutes back to Campbelltown, then we just hung out in town.
"What do you want to do?" He asks.
"Got to a coffee shop, and talk for hours over steaming cups of my favourite drink." He nods and grabs my hand. We walk to the closest coffee shop and sit right at the back of the shop. We both order coffee and about ten minutes later we are chatting away over steaming cups of my favourite drink. Even though it sounds cheesy, it was absolutely perfect.
"I love you." Jai says, I blush and look down at the new coffee that was just delivered to our table, a love heart was foamed on top. I frown at the coffee and look over at the waitress who served us.
"What's wrong?" Jai asks, but I ignore him. The short girl looks over at me and smiles. Jai snaps me back into concentration and I guzzle some of the coffee too faster. My chest starts to burn and Jai looks concerned.
"Are you okay?" He asks.
"I'm... f-fine." I struggle to get the words out of my mouth and Jai stands up.
"I'll get you some water." He says, he runs over the counter and I watch him as he frantically asks the lady to get some water. The burning goes away for a moment as I watch my perfect boyfriend worry about me. When he comes back over with the water, I take a sip.
"We should go." Jai says and I nod. Jai pays, despite my objection. We leave and Jai holds my hand the whole time.
"I don't want you to leave." I say as I concentrate at the ground below me, I don't want to trip - I'm a klutz.
"Me neither." He says and stares at me. I look up into his eyes and he stops. I turn towards him and he leans down to kiss me. As Jai has grown about ten feet and I haven't grown at all, Jai now towers over me. It's unfair.
"While you're on tour, I'm going to grow and because your unstable mental state because of the tour, you're not going to grow." I say and playfully nudge him in the shoulder as we walk. He laughs and soon we part at each others houses. I wanted him to stay with me, but he had to hang out with his mum a bit more, which is understandable. He loves his Mumma Bear.
"Mum." I say as I enter her room, she was reading a book on her bed. I sit next to her and she looks across at me.
"What's up?" She asks.
"Jai is going on a six month tour of America and Europe." I say, sadly and she hugs me from the side.
"It's okay." She says.
"Naw Gemma won't see her boyfriend." Kayla teases and I throw a pillow at her. It hits her square in the face a she falls over. She as much of a klutz as me.
