When Sawyer asked to be reassigned I knew something was up, he asked for his two week vacation as well. Mia asked for a new CPO and we changed Sawyer to watching over Mia to watching over Kate Grey. I also got a call that the GEH secondary jet was being used by Mia for an undisclosed destination. They gave me the destination, but I couldn't stop it, Christian was in meetings which he couldn't answer his phone. I had to fly back to handle some new hires. I sent the primacy jet back to New York. Security was very tight around the Grey's due to threats made by Jack Hyde.
Christian
I am being torn apart and it is family oriented. I need to get back to work and now. We finally got everything settled and Reina did a great job. She will be on retainer after this. Even Anastasia liked her.
Anastasia
We are packed and on our way to the hat after finding out Mia got married, but we have no idea who to yet. She went to Las Vegas. I have my suspicions, but not saying a thing about it. Let Mia tell them who she married.

I have an idea who Mia married especially since it is hard not to notice when a CPO is staring at his charge and turning green with jealousy like the hulk. Thomas Sawyer had a thing for Mia from day one. I am glad she found out what a terrible person Ethan was finally. Mia finally saw the sun shining through all those clouds. Thomas is going to get an earful when they get back, but he did the right thing by transferring to being someone else's CPO. Jason punished him by putting him on Kate Grey. He thought Mia was bad, he has no idea what Kate can put him through with her shopping sprees. Thrifty outfits tried on one bought. Don't get me started about the shoes. Oh and the sexy lingerie, he has to stand and turn beet red. I can't wait to see the photos they love to send to us from those trips.

I can't get Carrick on the phone, but I know even Christian isn't able to answer his phone. Anastasia is not able to either. Carrick said the guy who put Heaven Awaits on the market was fired and made death threats as he was escorted from his office. So staff was increased here and in New York. Between Mia, Carrick, Anastasia, and Christian everything is causing me a migraine.
Mia
I am going to enjoy our honeymoon until we have to go face the music. Thomas is not worried we'll for now he isn't, we have two shadows with us thanks to Taylor. He sent them soon after Thomas told him where we were. Apparently there is a serious threat against our family and it to be taken seriously.
Thomas Sawyer
I have my gun and bullet proof vest with me. Mia can kick butt using self defense. I have seen her in action. Taylor asked me what I was thinking and then congratulated us. Ryan and Reynolds are following us.
Jack Hyde
Through the grapevine I heard Mia Grey was in Las Vegas and not being protected as usual, well let's see what happens when I grab her. I definitely know what she looks like. I just have to figure out what hotel she is in. I am sure it will be one of the high end high security ones.
Mia Sawyer
Thomas has decided to have Taylor send Prescott here to be able to enter the woman's restroom just in case. We have met her before and she is on her way. We are in a high security wing of the hotel for our safety. I now have a carry conceal license and know how to shoot a gun. My aim isn't like the aim I have with my self defense. I have been given a photo of Jack Hyde and been warned he might be wearing a disguise. I think in this heat he will stand out in a disguise.

I finally see Prescott and nod at her, she is supposed to make sure the ladies room is clear of people who might hurt Mia. I speak to her for a moment and tell her that we think Jack Hyde is on his way here, because Mia is the best target he could have at this point. None of the security know Mia is carrying and I want it kept that way until Hyde is caught.
Prescott
Mia is very difficult to guard and I thought Anastasia was hard. Nothing compares to Mia. I am sent ahead to check the restroom and give an all clear. I have checked all the stalls and call Mia inside. Unfortunately she has company holding a gun to her head. I am told not to move or Mia will be splattered all over the wall brain wise. I stand down and hit the new panic button. I watch as Hyde throws Mia on the ground and points the gun at me and tells me to give up my guns. He isn't watching Mia at this point and I see it as she tries to move to a sitting position he yells for her to stay put. And points the gun at Asher again. I get his attention off her and ask what he has planned and keep him watching me as I make very deliberate slow moves.
Mia
I am finally aiming my gun directly on this guys crotch. It gives Prescott time to grab his gun away from his hand and she hands me the cuffs and instructs me to cuff his hands. Hyde tries to move but I cock the gun and tell him to move his other hand into the cuff or lose his family jewels. All hell breaks loose and Hyde is surrounded by the hotels security and our security team.
Thomas
I look at Mia and check her over her knees are bruised but she is okay otherwise. She sets the safety and puts it in her holster.
Mia
Thomas I have this feeling he wasn't alone, who would risk coming into a high security hotel to get me if he was all by himself?
Thomas
We need to fly back to Seattle, because it will be safer for you. Prescott call Taylor and tell him we have Hyde in custody. Tell him we think he has help, but we don't know who they might be.
Mia
Someone working here had to be involved. Don't you think we should try to find them?
Thomas
I am unsure how to handle this at this point. Let's go to the suite and have dinner.
