Chapter 11

*Ranboo POV*

The sun seeping through the window woke me up early. I rub my eyes and sit up and look at Tommy who is still fast asleep.

I look around and see Dream in the kitchen making coffee, still wearing a mask. He has his back facing me.

"How'd you sleep?" I jumped at the question not expecting him to speak let alone know I'm awake.

"It was good I guess."

"How about your friend. How did you sleep?"

I give a confused look, "he's no-"

"It was alright." I turn and see Tommy also awake, seeming slightly confused.

"Good. Now let's clear some things up. I'm not going to turn you in like that last guy. If I did that I'd also be turning myself in."

He turn around now holding the cup of coffee and stirring it. "Now for some rules. You can run away if you want, I don't care, but you wont make it out there alone anymore.

"If you choose to stay I will train you to become better and stronger. You will also work in the same business as I. Now I'm not telling you what it is yet until you can actually prove yourself."

Prove ourselves? How are we supposed to do that. I'm not even sure we can trust this guy especially since he doesn't even show his face. And what does he mean by 'business'?

"Well what kind of training?" Tommy asks.

Dream set down his cup and stares at us. (Or I assume he is I'm not sure with the mask)

"Whatever you need. If you suck at running your going to run, if you suck at jumping your going to jump. You get the idea. Now let's go outside so I can test your abilities."

He quickly walked out the door, footsteps not making a sound. I hesitantly followed and stepped out into the morning sun. It warmed me and I took a breath of the outdoor air.

"Right now let's start. We're going for a run. Keep up." I broke from my thoughts and looked over at Dream who has began running and so I run after him and Tommy follows close behind.

We ran and ran until I could hear Tommy puffing behind me struggling to keep up. I am tired too but I've been running a lot more and it's really paid off.

"This is where we stop." Dream turned around and we caught up in a couple seconds and Tommy instantly sat down and let out a huge sigh.

"Alright so I guess only one of you pass this one. We are going to climb a tree now," Dream said while walking towards a large pine tree. He looked up and jumped unnaturally high onto a sturdy branch. "Come on we are going to the top."

Tommy just stared wide eyed at the man who was making his way up the tree effortlessly. I sighed and helped him to his feet.

"This guy is insane," Tommy said to me with sweat lining his forehead.

"I know but I kind of like his kind of insane." I smirked and began attempting to climb up a near pine tree as Dream had done.

Another short one sorry :( I had a really bad headache all yesterday so this chapter is also a bit late
