"Wait I just realized something"

"What?"

"What's the point of cleaning up if we'll wear the same sticky, cold, wet clothes again?"

Gakushū and Karma looked at each other, before bursting out laughing. "well we can't just walk around covered in icing and cream" Karma reasoned.

"Let's go buy new clothes then" Gakushū suggested, leaving the men's room with Karma.

When they got, they received many glares from the staff who were cleaning up their mess. "If you two cause another mess like this again, we'll have to ban you for a month" the manager warned. "Now scram!" He pushed them with his broom and the two men dashed out of the restaurant.

"Well, as fun as that was. I'm not comfortable in my clothes. They stickiness is making me shiver, and the melted cream on my hair is sliding down my back!" Gakushū complained.

Karma laughed. "Right, then let's shop for new clothes"

The two men walked to the mall, attracting attention along the way. They looked stupid and were well aware, but whenever someone would stop and stare Gakushū and Karma would stop too and start making faces at them.

When they got to the mall, the two rushed to the nearest store that sold men's clothes, grabbed the clothes that was nearest to them, paid for them in advance, ran to separate dressing rooms, ditched their current clothes, and put on the ones they bought.

Now in new, cleaned clothes, Gakushū smiled at himself in the mirror. There was a water bottle that was left in the dressing room he was in, so he took off the cap, raised the bottle to his head, and let a few drops of water on his sticky hair.

He smirked, before combing his now dripping wet hair with his hands, winking at his reflection. "Holy crap, I look fine as hell. Hello daddy"

"I can hear you!" Came Karma's voice from room next to his.

Gakushū rolled his eyes before exiting the dressing room just in time as Karma came out.

Karma nodded approvingly at Gakushū. "Hello daddy" Karma teased, causing Gakushū to blush.

The duo wandered around the mall for a bit, eventually Karma dragged him to an arcade. Gakushū and Karma played competitively against each other.

They tried to outdo the other in shooting games, eventually attracting a crowd.

Then Gakushū and him went to look at jewelry. Karma would never understand Gakushū's fascination for jewelery. The strawberry blonde browsed the men's accessories, his eyes caught a red earring, it's design wasn't too feminine nor too masculine. It was good for any woman or man.

Unfortunately for Gakushū, the price was off the charts for him, and he's paycheck wouldn't come until next week.

Gakushū tried to steer away from the red earring, and looked at other accessories, but his attention kept going back to those earrings.

"Do you want it? I can buy it for you" Karma offered.

Gakushū scoffed. "No thanks. I don't want to owe you"

"It's not a problem" Karma was already taking out his wallet.

"I said no!" Gakushū snapped.

Karma flinched at Gakushū's sudden coldness. What was wrong now? Just earlier he and the strawberry blonde were enjoying themselves, Gakushū was smiling at him, and laughing along with him.

Unknown to Karma, Gakushū remembered that he used to spoil Karma, it was always him who insisted on paying for their meals(that sometimes he and Karma had to argue about it) and showers him with presents whenever he could. And most of those presents, Gakushū made them himself.

Shopping with Karma reminded him of those better days. And Gakushū felt angry again because the red head threw away those memories as if they meant nothing to him at all.

Now the two wandered the mall with Gakushū clearly in a bad mood and Karma with no idea how to cheer the blonde up.

In the end, Gakushū said he was tired and that he wanted to go home.

Karma insisted in walking him back, but Gakushū refused.

He thanked Karma for the date, and said "better luck next time", before calling for a taxi and leaving Karma alone.
