Day 25
(Author: Sequels are really not my thing **sighs** and yet I'm considering writing a third sequel)
Rio breathed in the fresh morning air. "Finally discharged!" She cheered.
"Take it easy, the doctor said you should stay one more day just to be safe" Ren told her, crossing his arms.
Rio snickered. "You worry too much for me" she smirked when he blushed red, he looked to his side and muttered some incoherent things.
"It's my fault you got hit by that car in the first place" he said with a regretful look. Rio sighed, before placing her fingers on the corners of his lips and pulling them up to a smile. "You're right, it is your fault, so to make up for it you're gonna be the one taking care of me"
Ren sighed, before smiling at her. "Yes boss" he mocked a salute.
Rio laughs prettily, sending butterflies in his stomach. Really, why did it took him so long to notice how lovely she is?
"I'm hungry, treat me chicken" she tugged on his wrist.
"Yeah yeah" Ren sighed.
"Hey, have you heard from Karma and Gakushū yet?" -Rio
"Yeah, shit happened in Paris, Karma got kidnapped and got locked up in a giant freezer" Ren shuddered.
"What?!" Rio looked at him in shock.
"But it's alright! He got rescued and Gakushū beat up Kagami" Ren assured.
"Oh thank God", Rio breathed a sigh of relief.
"But then Chiyo, remember Karma's half sister? She suddenly collapsed and Karma insisted on becoming the donor, there was a rushed operation" Ren added
"What?!" Rio's mouth hung open in shock.
"But Gakushū insisted on being the donor. He and Chiyo are fine now, the kid will live a long normal life" Ren smiled assuringly.
"Oh, that's good" Rio breathed, relieved.
"But Karma's running out of medicine" Ren remembered. "And his medicine is really expensive"
"Oh for fuck's sake! Aaaaaargh!" Rio pulled on her hair. "Hey hey! Don't do that" Ren pried her hands off her hair. "Don't worry! Everything will be okay, Gakushū texted me he'll buy Karma's medicine no matter how expensive they are"
Rio covered her face with her hands. "Fucking damn it, is it too much to ask for a normal love story?! Without psycho family members and stupid illnesses and long ass gambling with lives?! Author sucks at this!"
"What?" Ren blinked.
"Nothing" Rio assured, taking his hand again and leading him to the restaurant.
"Luckily, it's day 25 and the story's almost over. Just need Karma and Gakushū to get married" Rio muttered.
"Oh, uhhh they already did in Paris. It was a rush rush so they-"
"WHAT?!" Rio's eyes promised murder.
Meanwhile back in Paris
"Achoo!" Karma sneezed.
"Cold?" Gakushū asks.
"No, I just feel like someone's talking about us" Karma said, wiping his nose.
