Just Sleep

My eyes were both closed. My lips were still pressed against him with my hand still raised above our head. It only took a matter of seconds before Rush started moving his lips to deepen the kiss.

My heart fluttered. My insides rejoiced. Rush was kissing me back. I half expected him to push me off him, but he didn't. He's really kissing me back and it feels magical.

I felt his tongue grazing on my lower lip. I slightly opened my mouth and felt it slip in almost immediately. I moaned at the feeling of his tongue colliding against mine.

It's been so long since I last tasted his lips, so long since I had his mouth mashed against mine. I missed having him kiss me like this. I'm a total slave for Rush's kisses. I missed him so bad. I missed this terribly and I didn't even realize what I was missing until now.

I was so out of breath when we both pulled away from the kiss. Our foreheads were still touching as we tried catching for some air. A part of me is scared for the kiss to end. Afraid that if we stopped kissing, Rush will be giving me the cold treatment again. But I needed to know if we're okay. I want to know if I'm forgiven and if he's back to being completely mine again.

"Are we okay?" I asked, still breathless from the kiss.

Rush smiled with his eyes still shut close. "Maxwell, we're better than okay." He brought down his lips to mine once again and I couldn't stop from smiling between our kisses.

We're okay. We're better than okay. Rush probably doesn't know how relieved I am to hear that. It's like I finallt started living again. For a very long time, I can finally breathe.

He stopped the kiss and began to talk. "I'm sorry for everything too." I opened my eyes and moved my face away from him, our foreheads not touching anymore.

Naalala ko ang pag taboy na ginawa sa akin ni Rush. Yung malalamig ba pakikitungo niya sa akin. Yung isang beses na nakita ko silang magkasama ni Apple. Pati nung araw na nakita ko si Apple sa building ng De la Fuente at napag-alaman na si Rush ang tumanggap sa kanya. I'm going to give him hell for that, but tonight's not the time for that.

I shook my head. "It's all in the past, baby. It doesn't matter."

Nagliwanag ang mukha ni Rush sa sinabi ko. Tumahimik siya ng ilang segundo bago nag salita ulit. "Can you say it again?"

Nakatingin siya sa akin na parang may ginawa akong napakagandang bagay. Kahit hindi malinaw ay alam ko ang tinutukoy niya. He asked me to do this before, too. I'm not going to deny us both that pleasure again. I'm going to be brave and just say it.

I grinned. "What? Baby?" Rush bit his lip and closed his eyes. His jaw was clenching before he opened his eyes again, his pupils were dilated and it seemed like his eyes darkened.

"Do you know how much I want to hug you and kiss the oxygen out of you whenever that word comes out of your lips?"

"No, I don't." nakangiti pa rin ako nang sinabi iyon. I want him to kiss me again.

Rush smirked. "Really?"

I nodded at him, giving him an innocent look. "Really."

"Let me enlighten you then." he leaned down again, capturing my lips and showed me how much.

Pagkaalis namin ng ferris wheel ay naglibot pa kami nang magkahawak ang kamay. It felt good to be being held by him again. It's like every wrong righted itself and everything's alright again.

My whole world is finally back to my hands and I'm never going to let go. Kahit ano pang mangyari ay hinding-hindi ko na siya bibitawan. Sa susunod na magkakahiwalay kami ulit ay itatali ko na siya sa tabi ko at hinding-hindi na papakawalan pa.
