The testing session lasted more than three hours.
Your protective shield was shown to be very effective against both Natasha's gunshot and Clint's arrows, even the explosive ones. You dramatically faked a yawn, safely protected by the small dome of clear light, when the both of them tried a conjunction attack.
The team was actually impressed and jumped in surprise when also Mjolnir was deviated by your shield, and Thor looked quite appalled when he recalled his hammer with his lifted hand.
"I go on the record saying this is a terrible idea" Tony complained when Steve asked to try your magical bolts against the iron man suit, but still he stood in the middle of the room with his suit in place.
You collected your energy between your cupped hands, as Loki had throughly taught you, and a ball of clear light grew while you thrown more magic into it. You fired it at Tony's direction before that became too dangerously big and slipped out of your control, and unfortunately you hit him fully in his chest, making him flight across the room and smash the big window behind his shoulder.
You shrieked when you saw he was falling off the building and you turned around in panic, seeking for help, but everyone was smiling and laughing, and a moment later the iron man floated up in the sky and landed back into the room. "What I told you?" Tony grumpily snapped at Steve, checking his armour which was giving little electrical sparks around the chest. "Oh, don't you dare" Tony lifted his first finger to stop Bruce, who was approaching half running with an extinguisher.
With big relief, you let yourself join the general laugh.
"Very well done, Y/N." Steve told you proudly, laying his hand on your shoulder, while your eyes slowly faded to their natural colour. You simply nodded and smiled at him, and thanked yourself for not having messed up anything for once.
Steve walked out of the room and team started to pile out as well, excitedly commenting the moves they saw that afternoon. Loki was the last one in the row and reached you out midway to the door, tucked you under his protective arm and walked you out, smirking.

Learning to teleport was much more less funny and way more an hard thing.
You were down in the training room with Loki for the third afternoon in a row, and still you didn't manage to go beyond a slight blur of your figure. And you were again sweaty, gross, and pissed off by the failure of your countless attempts.
Moreover, the explanation of the theory he gave you the evening before the first practice did include some scary warnings that kept to jump in your mind: for example, if the mind was insufficiently determined, one may had left behind part of his or her clothes or body in their former location. In other word, while teleporting, one may loss a minimal thing like a flock of hair, or... cause a potential non-repairable damage to his or her body.
Loki was very patient and supportive, though. He kept pacing around with a soft and sympathetic smile, repeating over and over again that this was a very advanced piece of magic and it was absolutely normal that you would have failed a number of times. He never lost the grip on the certainty you would be able to do it in the end, and that was the only thing that prevented you to give up. You trusted him and he was believing in you and in your abilities.
"You must concentrate continually upon your destination..." he told you again, for the countless time, hands clasped behind his back in a manner suiting perfect his royal heritage, his eyes darting your frame from head to toes.
And again, you closed your eyes shut and tried to visualise the spot at the very far end of the opposite side of the room, where he had marked a huge circle of green light on the floor. Your frame blurred, but remained stuck on the same spot.
You let out a angry growl of frustration, stumped with your feet and kicked the air, cursing in svariate and creative ways.
In response, he bursted in a laugh.
"What?!" You snapped at him, letting out your very bad temper. "And they call me stubborn" he said between the laugh. "I think you are not motivated enough to reach the destination" he smirked, his eyes glittering mischievously "Let's try in a different way"
He paced the room and stood right beyond the green circle. You didn't quit got what he was up to, until he turned, opened his arms wide and said "Come to me" with a deep, husky and sensual voice.
You sgrunted. You were definitely not in the right mood for his games, but reluctantly closed your eyes again once more and collect all the remaining energies.
At a sudden, you felt a sort of lifting and twisting sensation in your stomach, very similar to the one that goes on a particular high rollercoaster. You snapped your eyes opened immediately, slightly lost your balance and nearly fell over.
Feeling really dizzy and swaying, you had to blink a couple of times before being able to realise you were some inches from Loki. Highly surprised, you looked down at your feet: you were standing in the middle of the green circle, which faded a moment later.
You looked up at him, a gleeful, surprised, incredulous expression in your widened eyes.
He looked like he was trying to remain steady in his role, but he failed.
He rushed toward you, closing the small distance remaining and, after a moment of hesitation, he pulled you into his freakishly arms. You let out a shriek of surprise, but burst in a child-like giggle and slowly wrapped your own arms around his thin frame, sensing a comforting feeling in both of you.
He lifted you slightly from the ground and spun a couple of times around, making you swaying worst, smile wider and giggle harder.
He stopped and loosen the grip, thus keeping his hands on your waist to steady on your shaking legs. He take half of a step back and gave you a beautiful smile, full of praise and warmth, his face few inches from yours. There was true joy in his eyes.
"You are simply amazing" he whispered. Then he leant forward and kissed your cheek softly, missing your lips by a hair's breadth.
