“You fools, it’s a shame really.” The cat-human muttered, swinging a hidden flail, shattering the frozen soldiers. “Too easy of a death, wish there was more blood.” They continued, turning towards Gatil. Snapping their fingers, the cat-human thawed Gatil. “You have five seconds to run, know that you’ll never escape anyways.” They said. Breathing deeply, Gatil started laughing. “You think I’ll run?” He asked, stumbling, but managing to swing his sword, only to have it caught by the cat-human’s gauntleted hand and shattered. “Tell me Gatil, have you ever felt truly powerless?” They asked. “Rue, stop!” Einkapf yelled. “Just end him, it’s not worth it.” Rue turned to Einkapf with a look of sheer hatred. “Do you know what this bastard did?!” Rue angrily replied. “l’t go Rue, if yu don’t yu’ll be j’st like him, a murder’r and destroyer of wills.” Claremont said soothingly. “Fine, you deserve worse, but here.” Rue muttered, driving one of their throwing knifes into his chest. “Lamoa, may your soul forever be haunted by your sins.” Rue whispered, drawing the knife from Gatil’s chest. “We will go into the dense forests, and taking our chances with the forest peoples.” The cyclops leader said, marking the forest on the map with a large jagged blade. “Perhaps, we could go with you?” Parly asked, more than hopeful. The cyclops leader shook his head, “Us cyclops’, thanks to our sizes can move extremely fast, in our escape we can’t look after ones who may be trampled underneath. Krom and several weapons, suited to your preferences will be supplied, please don’t die, may Hefira and the other gods guide your ways” With this he turned and walked away, his immense size shaking the earth.
