“We’re close, look, those monsters definitely came through here. Rasel, use your healing magic on commander Gatil.” The brilliant golden armor clad woman commanded. A hooded person walked from the crowd of soldiers and knelt next to Gatil’s bloodied body. Placing their hands over the wounds, the hooded person chanted a healing spell, slowly a cloud of golden light circled Gatil, healing him. “So commander Gatil, how did you manage this?” The brilliant golden armor clad woman asked harshly. “We had the higher position, your magnificence, multiple monsters as hostages to end the battle.” Gatil began. “So what happened commander?!” The brilliant golden armor clad woman asked, now more irritated. “On-one of the monsters summoned and controlled Hefira, freezing me and my men, I assume they disintegrated my men, but they unthawed me, only to torture me until they stabbed me.” Gatil finished. “Take it that you have history with this monster?” The brilliant golden armor clad woman asked. “Yes, a cat person from a while back, do you need me to explain?” Gatil responded, causing a look of flustered and shocked recognition on his superior’s face. “I see, tell me that the central intelligence unit are doing their job.” “That’s today’s good news, we’ve located the rest of the named monsters.” Gatil finished. None noticed, however, the watching eyes of Rue, hidden in the bushes. “Where have you been?” Parly asked. “Sorry, there can be no rest, the town has been discovered.” Rue replied sharply. “What?!” “Yes, and it isn’t the last we’ll see of that bastard, Gatil.” Rue pined darkly.
