"You okay Corin?" Sylvie asked, "You've been a little off lately."
"Just those back to school mommy blues," I chuckled, holding back a wave of nausea, "I'm going to go take a shower real quick."
I headed into the bathroom, throwing up. God I hated the first trimester of being pregnant. As I walked out of the stall to move to the showers, I saw Sylvie standing there smiling.
"I knew it!"
"Shhh! Kelly and I aren't ready to tell yet because of last time. Okay?"
"I totally get it. I'll keep your secret if you keep mine."
"You have a secret?! What is it?!"
With a big grin Sylvie handed me an ultrasound photo, "I'm pregnant too."
"Oh my god! You and Matt are going to be such good parents," I smiled, wrapping her in a hug, "And we're going to be bump buddies. How far along are you?"
"7 weeks. You?"
"I'm 8 weeks. This is crazy! Looks like Kelly and Matt's bond is about to get closer," I chuckled.
"Our babies are going to be best friends."
"Hell yeah they are. Looks like you and Matt are going to have to push back the wedding."
"I know. An engagement celebration baby is what we got."
"If it makes you feel better, this one was created in the firehouse."
"God you too really are perfect for each other."
"I guess we are. Why don't you guys come over for dinner after shift and we can freak out the boys by telling them?"
"That would be awesome. I'm in."
"Perfect. It's a date."

That night I fed the kids a simple Mac-n-cheese and hotdog dinner. Kelly got them changed into pajamas while I worked on dinner for the adults. I let them stay up to say hi to Matt and Sylvie before Kelly put them down for bed. After giving them kisses goodnight, I was able to join the adults.
"Everything smells amazing Corin," Matt complimented.
"Thanks. It's just chicken and pasta," I chuckled as Kelly helped me set the table.
"We appreciate having us over for dinner," Sylvie grinned.
"Anytime! Plus it's a nice break for the evening chaos with the kiddos. Those boys are mini Kelly Severides let me tell ya."
"Oh I bet. High energy trouble makers?"
"Oh yeah. They're lucky they're cute."
We talked at ate for a while before Sylvie winked at me from across the table signaling she was ready. This was definitely childish but we were going to enjoy it.
"So Sylvie and I have something we wanna tell you guys!" I exclaimed as I looked between the two men.
"You do?" questioned a confused Kelly.
"Yep! 1,2,3!"
We each held up out ultrasound photo. Matt's eyes widened as he looked across at mine while Kelly's did the same to Sylvie's before they finally looked at each other.
"You and Sylvie are having a baby?!" Kelly questioned.
"Yeah. Corin's pregnant again?!"
"Well yeah."
"Looks like you guys are becoming dads again at the same time," Sylvie chuckled as the guys stood up to hug the other.
Then we both received hugs from the boys. They still seemed to honestly be a little stunned.
