I couldn't help but giggle as Kelly and I snuck off to a nearby coat closet. This was a moment that purely describes us: breaking the wedding rule of not seeing each other before the ceremony just to go have a quicky in the coat closet. It's a good thing I didn't have my dress on.

"You have to be careful not to screw up my hair. Gabby just finished it" I warned as he began to undo his belt.

"Right" he breathed out, "How long do we have?"

"Gabby went to go check on the flowers and stuff in church while Matt went to make sure everything was set at Molly's for the reception. She said she'll be back in 5 to 10 minutes".

"Well then we better make this quick".

6 minutes later

The two of us redressed and stumbled out of the closet chuckling.

"Not only did we break the wedding rule, we also just had sex in a church" stated Kelly.

"We're sinners Kelly Severide. God wouldn't expect any less from us".

I gave him a quick peck on the cheek before heading back into my dressing room. I walked into the room smiling, and there sat Gabby, legs cross on the couch and waiting for my return.

She quirked her eyebrow at me, "Have fun?"

"Lots actually" I grinned, playing her little game.

"You two are horrible" she joked whilst standing up, "Now let me fix your hair and get you ready for this wedding".

I gripped the bouquet in my hands as everyone lined up in front of me. I felt tears prick my eyes which caught Natalie's attention.

"Hey, what's wrong?" she asked, which got everyone else's attention.

"It just...it's not fair that I have no one to walk me down the aisle. Don't get me wrong, I would never want my biological fathers here, but it just sucks".

"I thought this might happen" stated Gabby before waving to some one behind me.

I turned to see a smiling Herrman walking over. A smile spread across my face as he smiled at me.

"Would the beautiful bride mind if escorted her down the aisle?" politely asked Herrman as he stuck out his arm.

"I would love that" I smiled back, looping my arm through his.

We stood off to the side as the doors opened and the bridesmaids began to walk with their groomsmen. Matt and Gabby went first, followed by Natalie and Cruz then Kim and Capp. Then Owen held the pillow with fake rings as he walked beside Annabelle who was pulling rose petals out of the wagon she was carrying, which also held Ember. The doors shut and it was officially my turn to walk. Herman gave me a reassuring smile as the doors opened once again. I saw everyone standing and staring at me. I paused on Kelly for a second, admiring the way he looked at me with so much love.

I spotted Katie holding Ember in the front row as I got closer to the alter. What felt like a second later, I was standing in front of the love of my life. Herman gave me a kiss on the cheek as he placed my hand in Kelly's. He sat down as I stepped onto the alter. The pastor began his speech and of course that's when Ember started to whine. It was quiet at first, but slowly got louder. Katie tried soothing her, giving her a bottle, and even peeked at her diaper, but nothing seemed to be wrong. Herman tried, Sylvie tried, and even Stella tried but she kept wailing.

I sighed at held a finger up to the pastor just as we were about to start the vows, "Can you excuse me for just one second?"

I stepped down at walked over to Stella who said, "What are you doing?"

"I'll just take her and see if that works".

I carefully took my little girl and instantly the crying stopped. I returned to my place, bouncing slightly to keep her happy.

"Looks like someone was jealous of her mommy and daddy getting all the attention" joked the Pastor, causing our guests and us to erupt in laughter before getting back to the ceremony, "Kelly".

"Corin, when I first met you I had no idea that four years later we'd be standing here at our wedding with our baby girl. I am so incredibly lucky to have become friends with you and then eventually being able to call you the love of my life. We may have taken a long time getting here, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. Not only have I been blessed to soon call you my wife, but you gave me the second love of my life. Even if she does protest our wedding ceremony" chuckled Kelly before continuing, "We've gone through so much together and this is only the beginning. I can't wait to see what the future has in store for us and our growing family".

He slid the ring on my finger before the Pastor gestured over to me, "Corinthia".

"Kelly when I first heard about you from Shay, I was told you had a big ego, were stubborn as hell, and were a player" I paused as a few chuckles were heard from the crowd, "But I was also told that you had a big heart for the ones you love and were loyal to the end. When I actually got to meet you, I saw all of that to be true. I'm so lucky to not only be able to call you my husband and my best friend, but to call you the father of my child. You show so much love for Ember I and I couldn't ask for anything more from the man I'll spend the rest of my life with. I can't wait to see where life takes us".

I slid the ring on his finger skillfully before the pastor spoke again.

"Kelly Jacks Severide, do you take Corinthia to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

"I do".

"Corinthia Marie Evans, do you take Kelly to be your lawfully wedded husband?"

"I do".

"I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride".

Kelly pressed a sweet, long kiss to my lips which was interrupted by a whine from Ember. Kelly and I chuckled before pressing a kiss on each side of her face at the same time. We lifted our intertwined hands in the air before walking out together, huge smiles on our faces.
