We decided to have the party at Molly's. Our homes were too chaotic and it was too cold to do it outdoors. Hermann was nice enough to give us the place for the party. Sylvie decided to wear a blue dress even though she was having a girl because she loved the color. I chose to wear a darker pink dress.
The boys hung up decorations up high while we handled the other stuff. Cindy had baked treats for the shower which I very much so appreciated. The placed looked very pretty when it was all done.
"Hey hot mama," Kelly smiled and he wrapped his arms around me from behind, hands resting on the bump.
"I think this is the hottest I've felt in while," I chuckled, "Hair is done, make up is down, and this dress is beautiful."
"Each time you've been an adorable pregnant woman. You have the cutest bump."
"Why thank you. I mean I hate being pregnant, but I do love the cute bump and the little baby kicks."
Sylvie came over with a big smile on her face. She was having so much fun with this. Her stepdad and little sister Amelia were even coming. As people began arriving, we both greeted them. Pop and food was on us, but Hermann was bartending so if people wanted to buy drinks they could.
"You two look stunning," Violet complimented.
"Awe thanks."
There was a table of gifts with tape split down the center with Sylvie's side and my side. Everyone was enjoying the desert as well. We made our rounds, making sure to socialize with everybody.
"Either of you have names picked out yet?" Cindy asked curiously.
"Londyn Julia Casey," Sylvie announced, "Mom birth mom who passed, her name was Julie so we put a spin on it and incorporated it."
"That's a beautiful name," Ritter added.
"It really is. Perfect for your little blondie to be!" Stella smiled.
"I love it," I complimented.
"Julie would have loved it," Scott grinned with little Amelia in his arms.

"Babe you don't have to go if you don't want to," Kelly informed me again.
"I'm already showered, dressed, and am putting on the makeup. I'm going. Plus it'll be nice to have a night away from the kiddos."
Tonight was the officers only gala. So anyone Lieutenant rank and up was invited along with their significant other. I was pretty big now as I neared my due date, but I wasn't letting Kelly go alone.
"I'm just checking!"
"I know and I love you for it. Besides, Sylvie and Matt are going to be there too."
"Mama, you look like a princess!" Ember smiled as she pressed a kiss to my belly.
"Thanks baby girl."
"You always look stunning in red," Kelly smiled as I emerged from the bathroom, pressing a kiss to my cheek.
"Thanks babe. This was the only formal maternity dress that fit my bump," I chuckled, "It's a little short, but oh well."
"And you're wearing heels? I'm impressed."
"Oh I'll probably regret it later and will definitely be asking for a foot massage."
"Deal," he chuckled, "Emily's here and all set with the kids. You ready?"
"Yep let's go."
When we got to the gala, Boden greeted us with open arms. Donna was smiling beside him.
