"Shitty Portals! Fight me!"

Kija glared at Bakugo, didn't anything deter him? Yesterday with the English and now this? She'd forced herself to come help 1-A today for practical training, in spite of him.

"Are you ignoring me?" Bakugo's hands lit up with tiny explosions. He probably thought that it intimidated her. Yeah, sure, pop rocks were the scariest.

Kija clicked her tongue, "Just go wait by the changing room, I'll be there in a bit."

Not like he should've told her he still expected her to train him or anything. No, no warning was required at all. Kija had nothing but free time and the willingness to help someone who called her an idiot and acted like she wasn't worthy of being in said persons presence.

Bakugo sneered before storming off. Kija got a sympathetic smile from Kirishima as he left the classroom on his own. He probably knew about the extra training, and Kija almost wished he would offer to come so Bakugo would have a buffer. He didn't yell at Kirishima too much, at least not angrily from what Kija had seen.

She waved goodbye to Kirishima and took the long way to the gym. It meant she walked the entire length of the first-year hallway. Nobody batted an eye at her presence here anymore.

Someone walked out of a class door and Kija's eyes zeroed in.

"How much time do you need to spend on your homework today?"

Shinso startled, "Uh...why?"

"I suddenly have the opportunity to train you right now."

Shinso fixed all his attention on Kija, "I can stay as long as you need me too."

"Good, so technically this isn't a kidnapping."

The only reason no one stopped Kija from dragging Shinso around was probably because they looked like siblings. Also about 75% of the school knew Kija, and her dragging a child around fell into the category of things they expected of her.

Don't ask her how they got to that conclusion, she had no idea, but it meant she could drag Shinso around without intervention. So she wasn't complaining.

"You don't have to pull me around." Shinso finally yanked his arm out of Kija's death grip. He rubbed at the spot she'd been gripping, "Is this like the training we did before?"

"Somewhat, but your part won't take very long."

"What part?"

Kija looked at Shinso, "I need you to help me with an angry hedgehog."

~~~
"Who the fuck is this?"
At least his swearing had gotten marginally better.
Bakugo leaned against the gym building, hands stuffed in his pockets and slouched so low he had to straighten so Kija wouldn't be looking down at him. Kija felt Shinso stiffen next to her. He had a good poker face, he'd be fine with Bakugo.
Kija kept her voice even, "Bakugo, meet Shinso. He'll be joining us for training. Now go get changed." She didn't bother to do a real introduction, already cut off by Bakugo's scoff.
"You think I'm gonna help you play babysitter?" Bakugo took a step forward and stuck his chin in Shinso's face, "You're from general studies, right? Tch, you're just an extra that couldn't get into the hero course." Bakugo put his hand on Shinso's shoulder, smoke rising, "Try to not slow me down. If you can even do that."
He took his hand off, a small imprint of black on Shinso's shoulder from Bakugo's palm. The asshole walked into the changing room. He banged the door open with all the gusto of a temperamental fourth grader. Kija watched him go, her neutral face disguising the utter hell she wanted to reign down on Bakugo.
