Feeling refreshed for rehearsal, Sean seemed eager for the tedious task of going over and over routines to perfect them. With everything being so good in his personal life, having Ariana finally move in with him, Sean felt like he was re-energized in a new sense. Taking his ear piece out once he was done with his set, Sean gave his drummer a few quick notes on what he wanted to do going into the transition of each song. Once the little things were worked on, Sean was confident that they could take those notes to make the next run through even better. Making his way towards the side of the stage, Sean quickly spotted Kanye sitting on the side as he had been watching his set.

“What’d you think?” Kanye asked as Sean walked over towards him

“I got Mike changing up the transitions on the drums, then pulling the keys back a little on the transitions as well” Sean told him as Kanye nodded in agreement

“Yeah, so long as the energy stays high. Shouldn’t be no drop off from your set into mine, we want that shit hype as hell” Kanye said

“Yeah, I know” Sean replied as he was taking his mentors notes and even becoming a perfectionist on his own without Kanye’s words needing to be said

“I’m liking your attitude today, something seems different about you” Kanye said as he looked on at Sean skeptically before Sean let a smile slip

“Ari moved in with me last night” Sean stated as Kanye looked at him for a moment “I’m happy, I mean that’s what’s so different about me today” he said waiting for his mentor to say something but only got silence “….look, I love my girl and….us moving into together is a step I’ve wanted to happen for awhile and I’m just happy as hell about it” he said while Kanye continued to give him a serious look before he finally he let a laugh slip

“I’m just fucking with you” Kanye laughed as Sean breathed a sigh of relief that Kanye was playing around with him

“You play too much….” Sean began to say

“I see it. I know you been wrapped on this girl. Even when you guys took your pause, I could see you were still stuck on her. I’m just glad you guys didn’t let that shit affect the business because personal can fuck up what you try to do in the business sense sometimes” Kanye said

“No, I think she adds to my business. I’m good with her, I’m on this level of clarity where I don’t have to make apologies for being in this industry. I really love her” Sean told him

“How much you love her?” Kanye asked as a silence came between them as Sean just gave him a look, not wanting to further explain but from his look it could be seen just how much love he had for her “Damn, that’s deep” he laughed
