Teenage Dream

Spending the day at Sean’s, Ariana found that it was quickly becoming one of her favorite days yet. Goofing around in the kitchen as they’d make a vegan breakfast, laughing too much that eating seemed to have be the last thing they would think of, horsing around to the point where the mere point was to just touch each other in any way; anything that involved them just laughing and having fun was what they seemed to do. Cuddled up on the sofa as Sean flipped through the many Netflix options at their disposal, Ariana brought her knees to her chest as she snuggled up close to him, resting her head on his shoulder. Wrapping his arm around her, Sean smiled to himself at how comfortable they both seemed to feel with this new progression in their relationship. Thinking back to Sean’s earlier proposal of going out on a date, Ariana couldn’t help but be intrigued with what he’d have in store for them.

“Ooh, they updated the American Dad. You want to watch that?” Sean asked

“I saw that on the flight back” Ariana laughed as she broke the news to him

“Dammit” Sean chuckled as he skimmed through the other options “Are you feeling the Family Guy?” he then asked

“That’s what you want to watch” Ariana stated

“It’s funny and entertaining” Sean reasoned “Okay, well what do you want to watch?” he asked

“Uh….” Ariana said as he handed her the remote so that she could look for the movie of her choice “I’m feeling anime” she said

“Alright, we can do that” Sean said as that was an even better selection in his opinion before she just selected one of interest to her before she pressed play on the movie “Do you want popcorn or something?” he asked

“Do you still have that ice cream?” Ariana asked

“No, I threw it out before I flew out to Florida” Sean told her as Ariana contemplated on what she could snack on since she was at Sean’s “I can get you….” He began to say

“No, no. I’m good” Ariana replied not wanting for Sean to go out of his way just to appease her vegan likes “I’m sure it’s already annoying that I don’t eat the same things as you” she said

“Not really, my mom eats the majority of what you eat” Sean replied

“You say that but yet you eat almost everything and anything” Ariana replied

“I just love food, but I’m becoming more conscious of what I’m eating and how I’m breaking it down energy wise. My mom showed me this article on how we process food throughout the day and what foods are best for you, it was pretty interesting on where red meats fare on it” Sean told her “I guess, this hectic schedule hasn’t given me the ample time to really put food in the house” he said

“Aw, you’ve just been non-stop since returning from Florida” Ariana said as she caressed his face “I still greatly appreciate that, regardless of the outcome. I was happy that you were there” she smiled weakly
