[Boca Raton, Florida]
Sleeping peacefully in the bed, Ariana felt the beams of sun press against her exposed skin. Extending her hand out for her phone to put beside her in the bed, Ariana kept her eyes close as she knew looking at her phone would be the first thing that she would do upon functioning. Feeling an emptiness beside her in the bed, Ariana slowly lifted her head as her eyes slowly opened to see that Sean wasn’t lying beside her in the bed as she last remembered. After attempting to watch the third episode of the season, Sean and Ariana both eventually drifted off to sleep. Sitting up in the bed, Ariana began to rub the sleep out of her eyes before she soon focused in on the figure that lay on her floor, texting away on his phone as it had been clear that he had been awake for some time.
“Did you sleep on the floor?” Ariana asked trying to make sense of things
“Yeah” Sean said before he put his phone down “One of us in a relationship and I hardly think that Jai would like to hear that we slept together in the same bed” he said
“That would require me to talk to him” Ariana stated before Sean just gave her a look “But it was a good call, I hardly want our conversation to turn in to an argument over letting a popular rapper sleep in my bed” she agreed
“You could say a hardcore rapper” Sean suggested as Ariana gave him a look “Or we could just say a well known rapper” he said
“I feel like I’ve slept a whole year. It actually feels refreshing” Ariana said
“You were tired, you even snored here and there. It was kind of cute….before the drool came” Sean said as Ariana wore a look of horror at the thought of him seeing her drool on herself at night “You’re good. You needed it, something tells me that you haven’t been sleeping that much as of late” he said
“I haven’t” Ariana replied “With stress about the album, my grandfather, then everything with Jai….it’s all been so stressful and not exactly the soothing topics that put me to sleep” she said
“You’re too young to worry” Sean replied
“I’m not that young. I’m twenty one” Ariana quickly stated as she didn’t want age to come up as hindrance for her
“I meant in the general sense. I’m too young to be stressing over Naya’s crazy ass, you’re too young to stress about things that you can’t control” Sean told her
“Oh” Ariana said as she caught on to what he was attempting to say “….it’s not that easy to be zen like you. You’re damn near close to the Holy Trinity of Hip Hop, you feature on everything….” She said
“You really think little of my stress levels, I’m a bit offended” Sean laughed
“You know what I mean” Ariana stated “You know how to handle your stress with all your spiritual meditation” she said
“I thought you were spiritual, Kabballah and all?” Sean questioned
“I am, but I still have much to learn” Ariana replied
