Jason

"Trey? What are you doing here?"

"What am I doing here? Just visiting my girlfriend. What about you?" He smirked.

"Smith. I'm not here to play games."

Blossom coughed. "But he is."

"Keep your mouth shut." Trey growled, burying his eyes in Blossom's.

"She's allowed to speak." I raised my voice a bit.

Blossom leaned closer to me. "Maddie doesn't want to be with him. I promise. She was running away from him."

"What are you saying?" Trey flew across the room and I was quick enough to place myself in front of Blossom, proving that he'd have to get me gone before laying a finger on her.

"What the fuck are you doing? Where is that one friend I had?" Pausing, emotionally. "Is this what we're doing? Attacking one another's kids?"

"Alex has a son, right?" He smirked.

"Don't threaten four of my family members of mine in one conversation and expect me not to end your life." I quietly pronounced between my teeth.

My sentence had him back up again.

I had calmed down and noticed that Blossom wanted to talk. She was softly pinching the skin on my back, under the shirt. Also, she gave it a try to push me out of the way. I finally moved.

"Trey." She angrily pronounced. "What did you do to my sister? She is ruined."

"Blossom, Blossom, Blossom. I see you haven't lost the ability to ask questions, that's annoying."

"What did you do to her?" Blossom yelled, making a bunch of people in the room stare at her. "Answer me."

When Trey walked forward, I almost stepped in front of her again. He stopped at legit distance, though, so I remained standing in my place next to Blossom. "I don't take orders from little bitches like yourself. Look what happened to your sister. I'd be very quiet if I were you."

I could not believe my ears. He did not call her a bitch. Just like that. I expected Blossom to give the word bitch power to break her or make her less confident, less girl. But it didn't.

"Well you're not me." She responded, her head moving as she spoke. "And I'm not a little bitch. Are you gonna tell me what happened?"

"I don't think Jason wants to hear this, actually."

"Actually, I do." I said.

"I fucked her, Blossom. I fucked her so good all day everyday. No matter what she said."

There goes the stabbing in my heart. Probably stabbing in Blossom's tiny heart as well.

"And you know what else I did to your sister? I kept her from eating."

Blossom was big eyed. Listening in such ways that made her eyes expand. She was also furious.

"This whole time?"

"This whole time." Trey confirmed.

"You're a monster. And you're a dick-" I put my hand over her mouth before she really set him off.

"If you hurt Madison for real - now that I'm giving you a second chance, you will be so very sorry." I informed Trey.

"Don't worry. She's in good hands."

Somewhere in my mind, I figured that he felt sorry for treating her like a doll. I figured that Madison would feel better knowing that the boy she was with, actually wasn't a monster. I didn't believe Blossom when she said that Madison didn't have a choice, that she was trapped. I let Madison slip under his harming spell just as she escaped. And you know what else I did? I moved to New York. With the only family she had left.
