Jason
I waited a long, long time for Blossom to even show her face outside the school doors. When she did, she was busy chatting up all kinds of people who also chose to stay around on a Monday afternoon. I had enough after 15 minutes as I started to realize that she had forgotten about me picking her up. I honked the horn, real loud.
Every single one of their faces met me in a split second and Blossom realized that it was her ride. She took her time with the hugs and I didn't feel completely sure. Samson came in my view and I was no longer stable. His fingers lingered on her hips, which she was extremely comfortable with, when he kissed her cheek softly.
"Hey." Blossom greeted me, still looking back at her friends who were trying to mouth things to her. She let out a small giggle and sat down, then her head fell in my direction for the first time.
"Hey." She repeated a bit louder. "Hi, Blossom. Was everything alright in school today? Did the English teacher behave?"
"She did. I mean she still hasn't apologized but she hasn't done anything to me either so.."
"Okay. Just come to me if anything happens with anyone." I laughed. "Just like like those friends of yours. Boys and girls."
"Okay, Jason. Where are you trying to get with this bullshit?" She sighed and I playfully shrugged my shoulders. "You know what? We'll see what I mean later if something happens but you already know that Alex and I have got our eyes on you. And Him."
"Him? Y'all are crazy."
"Don't deny it like that. Don't you trust me?"
"I trust you enough to know that you would kill a boy being seen with me. What's not to deny?"
"You just admitted it to me. Tell Samson that I said hey and that he can come talk to me whenever he likes. I want him to know what's up."
"Are you going to be that awkward? Are you gonna have some kind of talk with a boy that I like?" She seemed utterly destroyed and very very annoyed. "I sure am."
"Don't ruin my life because I'll never speak to you again. I might murder you."
"I'm a responsible parent, not here to ruin you."
"We'll see."
She turned the volume up and leaned back in the seat when it was loud enough. I hated to ruin her moment but had to turn it down a bit to announce that we were going by the office for a minute. "Okay, okay."

Blossom
"Hi B." Alex greeted me before shaking his brother's hand. I could feel some kind of tension between the two but didn't really bother. Jason turned to me and nodded his head in the direction of the sofas in the entrance. "You can sit down while we have a quick talk."
I sat down, pulling my phone out of my back pocket. I watched the McCann brothers leaving the harsh feelings behind as they took work in front of any drama. They got along well as they were plotting, writing and drawing on a huge map on the kitchen table. It was fun seeing them work together and think until their brains almost exploded. Both of them being masterminds, the plan they were plotting must have been a hard nut to crack.
I had just turned my eyes back to my phone to unlock it when I saw the glimpse of a man dressed in all black standing in the door.
I had no problem with strangers but I could feel all hairs on my body standing up and a shiver going down my spine. My reaction scared my own self and I almost felt the level of panic shoot through the roof. Not one noise left my throat to get the McCann's attention for help.
