boring filler chapter but sit your butts down for the next one - it might be needed

Madison Lowe.

"What was that?" I giggled at Alyssa who I thought said something similar to mommy.

"You're so cute." I embraced her in my arms and of course she let out a squeal, her way of laughing. "You didn't say it correctly."

"Say mommy."

"M-" She started off with the first letter and started making noises instead. "I give up."

"Can you say daddy?"

"Da da."

"Daddy."

"Da da."

"Is that your way of saying daddy?" I gasped. She said her first word! Daddy. Here comes the bad part about her progress. Jason wasn't back from work yet. He missed out.

"Your da da will be home soon." I left her to play in the baby seat we put up and went out in the kitchen and started putting dinner away. I thought they would make it here on time or be maximum five minutes late. It's been 25.

Maybe Blossom was a struggle at the office? And he had to work past his shift? Maybe they were playing around and lost track of time, but were on their way home now? Jason might have figured that they were late for dinner and stopped to buy something? Maybe they even stayed to eat there, at the resturant?

All these thoughts and different scenarios clouded my head until I couldn't take it anymore. In a way, I scared myself. Why was I making up excuses to myself? Why was I even worried? It's okay to be late.

The very famous key went inside the lock of our white, big door. They weren't that late.

"Hi! How was work?" I went up to Jason and kissed his lips, he nervously kissed back and right away - grabbed my hand. This was something totally new.

"Listen to me. I might as well say it before you notice and freak out."

Before I noticed what? What happened?

"Blossom-" As soon as he pronounced her name it hit me. She was not there. My little sister went to work with him and didn't come back with him.

"Where is she?" I looked at him to see how his mouth hung open as his eyes remained shut, I noticed how crushed he was by this. Whatever happened, it hurt him more than probably anything would.

"We had a visit at work today-" He whispered and let out a sarcastic laugh at the thought of whoever visited them. "Mr Lowe came over."

"My-"

"Yes. Your dad." He confirmed. "He just took her with him. She was so upset to see him, she was even more upset when he carried her away from me. Maddie. I love her so much and my heart is just aching."

"Was she screaming?" I carefully asked and he nodded. "I can't talk about this." He announced and went straight to bed. "Jason-"

"I said that I don't wanna talk!"

"I'm upset, too! You can't shut me out."

"Hell yeah I can!"

I sat on the couch, watching Alyssa play. I sat there from the second he slammed the bedroom door shut to the second someone else finally decided to come home and be with me.

That person was Alex. Thank God.

"Do you know?" I asked him as soon as we had greeted softly. "About what?"

"Blossom?" He was taken back, probably having the same reaction I had. You never noticed she was gone until you had an idea. Everything felt so empty in that second. I knew what he was feeling. "Where the hell is she?"

"My dad came by your office and took her with him. I don't know why he came back for her."

"Jason didn't do anything?" He scoffed. "Such a pussy."

"I think he was torn between wanting Blossom to stay with him and the amount of respect he has for my dad. Because- He is my dad, you know. Jason's the baby daddy, the boyfriend of his daughter."

"I wouldn't care if he's your dad or not. If I was in Jason's position I would have put a bullet through his fucking head for even trying. God! Jason is so stupid!"

"He can hear you and he's already upset."

"Okay. Sorry." He smiled. "Do you want to go make him feel better? I can watch my niece."

"Thank you." I stood up and gave him a quick side hug before trailing off to the bedroom.

Everything was dead silent in there, sad. I kissed Jason's neck softly and he turned around to look at me. "Don't do that when I'm sad."

"Are you sad? Do you want a hug?" I pouted at him and I saw him lick his lips to moisture them. "Just kiss me already."

I enjoyed the moment where I was in sweats and he was only wearing his underwear. We weren't touching in any inappropiate places. I was securely held in his arms and kept my small hands on his tattoed sleeves. The feeling of real love exploded in my stomach. French kissing without being sloppy or quick. Nothing grew to someone getting horny. Just love. My last bit of happiness being shared with him in his sad little bubble helped the both of us.

"I love you, Jason." I said and stroked his cheek. My sentence resulted in a loving kind of grin on his face. "I love you more, Madison."

"We'll get her back soon. Please don't worry."

"Don't bring her up right now. I'll take care of it tomorrow. Promise."

"Okay." I smiled. "Oh! Alyssa said her first word today! Like right before you came!"

Jason rolled his eyes. "How cute that her first word is mommy, as if I haven't missed enough. Really great. I'm so happy." He was sarcastic and not at all happy about it. "Mommy? Where did you get that?"

"Blossom told me this morning."

"She did? That's rude! Well... Her first word was daddy."

It was as if his eyes lit up as soon as I made my little announcement. "Daddy?"

I nodded. "Daddy."

hi!! i feel like you guys have no idea who i am or what i'm like or anything about me. i'm one of those people who just really love to get to know people and make people happy and talk to everyone. i was thinking i could do the same thing on here like i do on my fan account on instagram (buterasmh).

on each chapter i could ask something like "what are your names?" you can comment and i'll get a better picture of who you guys are and i can tell you things about myself. then i have a new question on the next chapter?
