Jason McCann.

Sweating. I was sweating floods, I felt like I was drowning. It must have been a mix between all the different types of excitement, mercy and anxiety. This was it. This was the moment everyone had been waiting for and I could not be more ready. I wasn't even doubting myself at this point. I was going to be a father and heck of a good one. My princess was going to enter the world, and she was going to be spoiled like nobody could even imagine. This was it.

As I sped down the road, trying to get to the hospital as soon as I possible could without driving completely reckless. I realized something and quickly had a hundred new things to worry about. "Baby, call Alex." I told Maddie and she knew exactly what I meant. Blossom was going to wake up around seven and we would be nowhere to be found. She might be a tough one by our side but one step out of her comfort zone is where you would find her crying, terrified.

Madison smoothly connected her phone to the luxurious audio system I had in the car. We didn't get through the first time but what could we expect? It was almost five am, why the hell would he be awake? Third times a charm. He picked up, answering with a blurry sentence full of swearing. His slurry voice was blaring through my speakers. "Alex!" I yelled, waking him up for real this time. "Why are you calling me? Was it too hard to just go to my room?" He had no clue. "Because we're not in the house... We're on our way to the hospital, Alex. The water broke." It felt amazing pronouncing those words.

We waited a while to hear his reaction to the news and he seemed to be shocked, maybe even excited and lost for words? "I'm-" He began and cleared his throat. "I am so damn happy for you two, Maddie and Jase. Can't wait to meet my little niece soon." Madison choked out in tears and I knew I'd have to be the one not crying right now. "Thank you, Alex.." I spoke with honesty, my voice cracking a bit.

"So is that why you called? Do you need me to do anything for you? Want me to come over there?" I never expected my brother to act like this. This was like a wonderful dream I didn't want to wake up from. He was being helpful and kind, everything I could ask for. "Actually.. Blossom has to get here as soon as possible. Would you mind driving her here first thing in the morning? Maybe get her something to eat first? That's the only thing we need help with as of now." He sighed deeply and I was afraid of getting this rejected. I didn't want to leave Maddie in this condition but we needed Lil B with us.

"Why can't I wake her up now? I'll drive her to you guys right away.." Madison and I laughed at his offer. "She is not the right person to wake up from her sweet dreams. Let's just put it that way." Mads giggled, earning a chuckle from Alex. "So she really is a mini version of Madison? Damn... I see, I see. No problem. I'll get her some breakfast in the morning and then we're headed to the hospital."

Blossom Lowe.

"Blossom." Someone softly shook my body and I groaned. A pair of strong arms lifted me up in the air by the hollow of my knees and my back, bridal style and everything. How fancy.

Who is this?

I opened my eyes to find someone I had met before. He reminded me of Jason but he was a bit older, a bit cuter. "Hi Blossom. I'm Alex, do you remember me?" He cooed and put my down on my bed. "Are you Jason's brother?" He nodded softly as he looked down at me. "How did you know?" Alex handed me a sandwich and patiently waited for me to answer. "You're very attractive..." I spoke the truth but managed to blush anyways.

Honesty is key, remember?

"You're so cute, oh my god..." He laughed as we ate in a comfortable silence with small conversations here and there, Alex was cool but he had a secret. A secret that he just wouldn't tell me about.

Surprise this, surprise that.

He had a cool car, not as cool as Jason's but it was cool enough for my liking. I asked him to play me some good pop music and he did. He had great taste in music, which surprised me. I liked Alex. A lot.

"Wait why are we at the hospital?" I asked him, furrowing my eyebrows in confusion. The big white building made me worried and tears welled up my eyes. "Is someone hurt?" I cried and he quickly scooped me out of my seat, holding me in his arms. "Nobody's hurt, B. Jason and Madison's baby is coming. We're meeting her today!" I threw my arms around his neck in excitement, hugging him tightly.

As we stepped out the elevator, I caught Jason leaving a room and I ran up to him. Don't get me wrong.. I enjoyed Alex but there was no place like Jason's arms that could radiate such comfort and love. "Can I see her?" I asked him softly as he watched me with a grin. "She's not here yet. We're gonna have to be patient now, alright?" I nodded and smiled as he kissed my cheek.

"Thanks, Alex." They did a handshake and my little body was filled with boredom. "She really is the charmiest little munchkin I've ever met.." Alex chuckled as him and Jason carried a conversation. I sat on the chair and tried not to let the curiosity get the best of me like it always did.

Two minutes passed and that was enough for me, I couldn't sit there any longer. Glancing over to the boys, I learned that they were deeply concetrated in their subject and I took advantage of it, like any 5 year old would. I skipped down the hallway, discovering very intresting things and meeting very intresting people. Nothing bad could ever happen at a hospital.

Right?
