I had Madison in my arms as I watched her now make up free face starting to relax and give into sleep more and more. "Babe?" I softly said and witnessed her eyes shoot wide. "I'm not gonna be able to fall asleep if you don't answer these two questions for me real quick."

"Go for it."

"Are you really mad at me for making you drive in the dark?" I watched a string of hair, one single curl, fall from the back of her head. It tickelled her nose and I grabbed it, later on placing it in the right spot.

"No I'm not. I just got like really really nervous, you know? I took it out on you and I'm sorry for that."

"Good. Now I know until the next time, though."

I prepared myself for the last question. I didn't want to say it in the wrong way or make it sound inappropiate. "Soo.. Blossom? The bathroom?"

Madison suddenly grew an automatic smile, a big one. "She's a lady now."

"Oh no. Did this really happen now?"

She nodded. "She got her first period tonight. It might have been a stupid thing to do but we were looking through their cabinets after some kind of protection of her underwear - if you're picking up what I'm putting down."

"I am picking it up, don't you worry. This reminds me of when we met and you were just 15. You were just a little baby."

"I was. I was a virgin, too."

"Oh, please. You were a virgin when you were 17 too, and 18."

"Okay. Goodnight. You're getting annoying." She giggled.

"Goodnight Virgin Maddie. I love you."

"Love you."

I had a morning gym session to get out of the lazy zone, the one alcohol puts you in the day after drinking. When I came back to the kitchen for some breakfast, constantly thinking about the yoghurt Maddie had bought, my favorite kind.

"Take a shower before you sit here." Someone suddenly said and this was the point where I noticed Blossom sitting at the dinner
table, focusing on her phone.

"Okay, okay. When did you become the boss of the house?" I laughed and walked over to her. "Since I moved in, duh."

I took a sneak peak down at her phone screen and noticed that she was texting Samson. I didn't get to investigate further before her screen turned shiny black. "Any plans for today?"

Blossom kicked her chair back and the weight of her body resulted in a loud noise from the floor being scratched. "Don't lean on the chairs. I've told you that the floors get ruined."

"Well today I think I'm meeting some friends." Blossom ignored my statement about the floors completely which didn't make me very excited to let her go out and have a blast. "You think?"

Her eyes quickly found mine as she tried to figure out what I meant. Her phone lit up and she almost let out a screech. Standing up, she leaned onto one leg and rolled her eyes at me, remembering what I had asked her before. "I don't think I'm going out. I know that I am."

"Says who?" Blossom's face dropped. "Are you kidding me? What the fuck is-"

Jason's raised eyebrow was the worst weapon in the world to have pointed at your own self, and Blossom knew that. She raised her voice and cussed in my face, trying to test my patience to get everything her way.
