It wasn't until a week after Hero went back home that the ring was brought up. I don't know if he didn't notice he left his jacket or if he was just as nervous to bring it up as I was but he finally asked in a text if he left his jacket, the one I found the ring in. I simply answered yes but didn't bother to go into anymore detail and he didn't say anything more.

A couple weeks went by, I was finishing up on my latest project and in between we were both busy with our movies promo, doing interviews. I was getting anxious to get back to London and to him but I was nervous to see what that ring meant. Or to find out it didn't mean anything and thats why he didn't give it to me while he was here.

We were face timing and eating together, me breakfast and him dinner in between interviews, dressed to the nine when he finally decided to bring it up again. "Why haven't you worn that jacket I left there? You always are stealing and wearing it."

"Its been hot so I haven't needed a jacket." I shrug, hoping he can't tell I am lying.

"Thats never stopped you before." He says, calling me out. "I know you and know you found what was in the pocket."

"It actually found me, it fell out on its own. I didn't even put on the jacket." I push back.

"Well... I didn't want it to go down like this but I'm running out of time and I chickened out when I was there because I didn't know how you would react." He tells me nervously.

"What do you mean running out of time?" I ask confused.

"I got the part for that movie in South Africa you helped me audition for. I leave in the next few weeks. I know its right when you are getting home so I wanted to give you that ring so you know I'm serious about you. About us."

He pauses for a minute but I don't say anything, lost in my thoughts so then he continues... "I know what I want the ring to symbolize and what I want it to mean but I don't want to scare you with it so it can mean whatever you want. Just tell me."
