"Kathir, my dad just wants me to be settled with someone I would be happy with, which is only you! You know both me and Ashwin are not interested in this-"

Saying that Kathir left. He knew what he just said would hurt Teju very much but it will stop her from having any false hopes.
Yes, Ashwin will stop wedding somehow but that doesn't mean Kathir could end up with Teju. He had always wanted her to have someone better, someone that would meet up her father's expectations.

Teju too knows that he didn't mean anything he said. She also knows what is going on in his mind. But she has to prove him wrong, how?

The moment Kathir set his foot in Ashwin's cabin since he called, he found himself pulled by an aromatic smell. He found Ashwin standing with a food container.

"Macha, Lasagna da!"
A mouth-watering lunch right now was all he needed to lift up his mood.

"Un Aasai!"

"Adhane pathen" Kathir muttered under his breath.

"Illa"

Kathir muttered on his way to Shivanya's cabin, totally annoyed about doing courier services for his friend.

That's when it hit him, it's true he barely cares for anyone other than people who care for him, people he allows. It took years even for Sathya ma to become close to him.
But did he just run into his Personal suite, grabbed an instant lasagna, heated it and forced his friend to pass it on to the girl he barely knows cause she seemed dull?
Whatever he did it's too late to stop, he could already hear her food moans and found himself chuckling to it.

" Thelavari! "
" Fraud'uh!"
" mental!"

Ashwin almost chocked on his food,
Who is Varun?
Why are these two cursing him?
Is he that bad!?
Then why is he working here, in his company?

Kathir and Shivanya giggled once they were done with their ' curse Varun battle'.

Varun is also the boy bestie that every boyfriend would hate. Which is why Kathir doesn't like him much. He always has girls around him.

"Nee paiyan kuda pesave mattiya?"
Kathir had teased him once. Varun just laughed sheepishly, shamelessly. Assuming it to be a joke.

"Ama namba yen Ippo avane ipdhi thittunom?" Kathir asked after he finished laughing.

"Adhu vandhu..." Shivanya then started to narrate everything that happened earlier.

Ashwin sighed in relief after hearing her story. He would have almost terminate Varun seeing the way Kathir and the bite sized girl curse him. He thought it be something serious.

Shivanya and Kathir both stood stupified by the person walking into the cabin.
