CHAPTER 45

3 Months rolled, Ashwin and Shivanya were getting used to their marriage life.

They left and returned in different cars to work yet their thoughts were always with each other. Exchanging subtle touches, teasings and looks were becoming common.

Unlike the old days after the drastic progress in their relationship,
now every look had it's on way of making their bloods rush,
Every touch gave them goosebumps,
But none was bold enough to take the next step.
Instead they just waited, waited for things to fall in place.

A petrified Pragi asked Shivanya by looking up from her food.

Shivanya said pointing at Hazel who was sitting a few tables away from them in the eat-in. Pragi sighed in relief

Hazel seemed to always have guys around her. Shivanya wondered when did buying yourself a milk shake could be so hard until you needed two-three mens dying around to do that for you.

Pragi, Shakthi and Sam looked at each other with confusion among themselves trying to understand Shivanya's statement.

Shivanya adjusted her posture and sat in a position to explain what has been running in her mind for the past few weeks,

She sighed not knowing how to explain further,

Now the realisation hit them. Almost everyone in the office knows how Hazel always had her eagle eyes on Ashwin.

While Shivanya was pouring out all her frustration, her friends were stiffening their laughs.

Proprietorial Shivanya was a treat to watch indeed. The same person who never let's herself to be possessive over anyone or anything, was now ranting about some flamboyant girl trying to flirt with her husband.

Suddenly they were interrupted by Aakash who came rushing towards them. He looked tensed and worried.

Shivanya face palmed herself for doing so, she could already imagine how much of lecture she was about to receive from him. She gulped just by the thought of it.
