"Excuse me? I just got this phone today and how do you know where I am? Creepy stalker much? Ah, I get it. Mob boss or some sort of high level gangster? Name makes sense now."

"Listen here, whatever you've done to Peter, you will be sorry. Also, what the hell do you mean by that? I am a respected business man."

"Okay, number 1. I didn't do anything to anybody. Number 2. Who is Peter? Number 3. I really hope you aren't trying to threaten me, it would be a bad idea. And honestly, are you even relevant in that world unless you are respected and seen as a business man?"

Riley walked the apartment, ensuring all windows and doors were locked again, ignoring the smell that still hung in the air. She took the phone away from her ear while the caller seemed to be talking to someone else in the background. At that moment she realized it wasn't her phone in her hand.

"Wait, did your friend seriously just yell 'language'?"

"Yes, he did. Apparently Peter just cursed. Wait..."

"Look at that! The mysterious Peter is alive and with you. Now, any chance.... actually, will you take him the phone please?"

"You have manners?"

"One of us needs to. You just seem to be a patient ball of bubbly... yeah, I couldn't even make up a nice lie. Moving on Sir Angry-butt. Please take Peter the phone. I think he may be the guy who sort of stabb....bumped into me earlier. Well, I bumped into him. Anywho, please? Maybe he and I switched phones on accident."

Riley could hear the other man already moving from her end of the phone. Then there was a grumbling; "I have people for this. I am not an assistant." Before a much louder, "Hold on, firstly, RUDE! Secondly, Peter sort of WHAT!?" Now it sounded like the phone was going through a tunnel. Riley was honestly just confused. She looked down at her side and sighed. It was almost healed thanks to the serum that flowed through her but she didn't want to risk her uncles seeing any part of it. She placed the caller on speaker and began thoroughly cleaning the bathroom to ensure nothing was there to be found.

Then the caller was talking to someone in a stage whisper that her sensitive ears picked up easily. "Did you actually stab someone today?! I don't know whether to be impressed or worried kid!"

"Hey, be nice to him, it was my fault and I felt really bad that the poor guy was freaking out. I got him some fresh chopsticks and then my mouth ran away from me, which was super embarrassing... But anyway, I think he may have my phone."

Peter stood in front of a surprised Tony Stark, blushing at the voice over the phone. Taking the phone from his father figure, he put the phone on speaker. "Did you ever get your side looked at? I definitely think you should seeing as you had a chopstick, protruding from it."

Steve was now standing in the doorway watching the exchange. His brow furrowed as he thought about the young woman maneuvering around New York with any sort of injury. Tapping his friend on the shoulder, he asked; "Maybe she should come here so Banner can look at her. I don't like the idea of someone being hurt and not helping."

Tony watched as the kid continued to ramble at the woman on the phone. He didn't like the idea of her being hurt either. Honestly, the more he spoke with her, the more he found himself smiling at her antics. Then his eyes widened, the kid stabbed someone in New York City. This could end up being a PR nightmare.

"Pete, have her come here. I want to ensure she is okay as well as cover our bases as far as any lawsuits in the future."

Steve and Peter both looked shocked at Tony. He never had anybody just 'come' to the tower. It was usually the office or the compound upstate. Before either could react though he continued, "Better yet, Missy, stay where you are. My driver will come get you." He had a smug look on his face and thinking he had caught her off-guard.

"Yeah, no. No can do Mister Mobster. Not getting into any stranger's vehicle. Also, I will give you some peace of mind. Draft a NDA, I will look it over and be sure to sign it by the end of the week. I am not looking for any money or blackmailing bullshit. The vultures can go suck some marrow elsewhere."

All three men looked at the phone stunned. Steve couldn't even formulate a full sentence to tell her that a young lady like herself shouldn't be speaking like that. Tony was shocked that she was the one who brought up a non-disclosure agreement and wasn't prompted at all. Peter was still reeling from her calling TONY FREAKING STARK Mister Mobster AND refusing his car services.

"Where am I supposed to be meeting you? I really don't feel up to a long trip this afternoon. I still have to deep clean the rest of this place before the bar gets too crowded. If you want, I can leave the phone here for the night. I promise not to mess with it at all. I'll switch it off if you'd like me to Peter, and we can meet tomorrow to switch them back?"

Steve's eyes widened again and before either of the other two could speak he was already trying to talk her out of working in any capacity. "Ma'am, if you were indeed stabbed less than an hour ago, you really shouldn't be doing any cleaning or work. You should be resting. Your coworkers and/or soulmate can help you clean, you need to rest." Tony was nodding along with him but Peter was glaring at the ground because he felt really guilty.

"As I explained to Peter earlier, I am fine. This sort of thing happens all the time. I am a magnet for trouble. One of my friends literally calls me Trouble. Don't worry about me, I'm good. So, Peter, tomorrow?"

Peter looked up again and mumbled out a sure and said ten am at Stark Tower. Both the older men were expecting her to react but were once again thrown for a loop as she casually responded she would be there and said bye. Peter watched as the call disconnected before deciding to add his contact info to her phone. It looked brand new, not even a lock on the screen yet. Tony saw what the kid was doing and added his own after Peter, Steve following suit.

"Is nobody going to mention that she called you Mister Mobster, and you ALLOWED it?"

"Shut up Steve, she was refreshing, she didn't let me get away with much while still ensuring we felt comfortable. She brought up the NDA and...." Tony trailed off as he realized she had said getting stabbed was no big deal and that it was normal. His face grew pale and he looked up at Steve with a small pout.

"I feel like going out, how about a drink at a bar?"

Peter said he would go if either of his soulmates wanted to but they were both busy right now. Steve said he would go after seeing the look on Tony's face. He invited Sam along too. The three men were heading out when Sam asked how Tony knew where they were going. He saw the smirk on Tony's face and was laughing at the two avengers gushing over the young woman who called Tony Stark, Mister Mobster.
