"Nice of you boys to join us, just waiting on Stark now. Miss Swanson here is going to go over the mission as well as her thoughts on the interrogation of the two in Dr Banner's cell."

"Did you wear that Riles?"

Riley nodded at Clint as Bruce shook his head like he hated seeing her in it. At this point though, she decided their opinion didn't matter. This was probably the last time she would see them. So she didn't want to dwell on their distaste for her attire. Thor was sitting next to Banner with Nat in his lap. Wanda and Shuri were curled up on either side of Peter while Sharon sat on Sam's lap. Dr. Strange was next to them, his hand on both of theirs. Maria stood beside Fury with Phil on his other side. Logan and Wade were glaring daggers at the wall across from them, refusing to look at her. Steve and Bucky took a seat next to an angry Loki, Bucky trying to calm the latter with his hands on his arms. He was whispering and trying to soothe some of the burning anger. Tony slammed the door open so hard it shut behind him as he stormed in, not pausing or looking at anyone. He took his seat next to Steve and moved away from his attempt to alleviate the pain and anger.

"Well, they are in custody. He was in a club with a few of his men, fifteen of them total. They made it easy to target them since they cleared the club out and we were able to apprehend them quickly."

"Who is we?" Riley nodded at Sharon and told her it was Lucifer and Eddie Brock with her. Maria and Fury nodded while Coulson tilted his head, assessing something about Riley.

Riley pushed forward, ignoring Coulson's eyes and the glares of her mates. "Interrogation has to be done differently than you all normally do. He was trained by your agency, he knows your tactics. He knows you'll send in Romanoff and he will laugh in her face. You send in anyone to torture him and his training will kick in, you'll get nothing. What is it you are hoping for me to say here?"

She looked directly at Fury as she asked, he obviously had an idea but he wanted someone else to either present it or come up with a different one. Riley could tell there was something there and she was surprised nobody else was calling him out on it.

"We will get to that. What about Walker, could he be our way in?"

Riley eyed him again before shaking her head. "I don't think he will have the info you're looking for. He seems to be another pawn, albeit a mire informed one."

Fury nodded and glanced at Maria and Phil before turning his attention back to the room. He took a good look at everyone in the room and decided they needed some perspective. He saw how a few of the other members of the team were watching Riley like she was a baby that needed protection. He noticed how a few were even studying her like they had never seeen her before. Several were avoiding looking at her as if the very sight of her could bring the end of the world. Fury knew that something was wrong with how she was acting, she had never been this cold or distant, not even when they first met. Something was different but they didn't have time to focus on it now. There were more pressing concerns that needed their focus.

"I think that you have an ace up your sleeve that you don't want the room to see Miss Swanson. I think it is time to use it to advantage. If I am right, I would like to know what it is and how it can benefit the situation. Everyone else, you need to either pull it together or go cry elsewhere. We don't have time for your pity party now. What is done, is done. Time to move on."

"My Ace, as you call it, is probably not going to work but my backup plan will if I am right. There are some ideas I have but, nobody here will want to hear it. I will insist on maintaining visual surveillance but not audio. Trust that there are some things that will be said to try and get under my skin. My concern is that if you hear them, he may get the response he wants."
