Chapter 15
Katniss’s POV:
I can’t believe Gale tried to kiss me! Me and Peeta love each other and we’re engaged. Gale even knew that! After that incident Peeta and I head home.
When we get home, we sit on the couch.
“What a day!” says Peeta.
“Tell me about it.”
“Well at least it worked out.”
“Yes it did. I love you.”
“I love you too.”
We kiss and then we start to make dinner.
We sit down at the table and talk about our wedding which is now in about 5 months as we eat.
“Hey Peeta have you though about who’s going to be your best man?”
“Yes and I’ve decided that it’s going to be Beetee.”
“That sounds nice!”
“Have you decided who your maid of honor is going to be?”
“It’s going to be Johanna.”
“Good choice.”
“Thanks!”
We talk for a while and decide that our flower girl is now going to be a flower boy, which will be Finnick Jr, Annie’s son.
We also decided that some bridesmaids will be Annie and Effie and some groomsmen will be Haymitch and Plutarch.
All that’s left to do is figure out where our wedding will be and the decorations.
We then go upstairs, get ready to sleep, and then lay in bed.
Peeta then says, “Our wedding is going to be wonderful.”
“It’s going to be magical.”
I kiss his cheek and then we go to bed.
“Goodnight Peeta! I love you.”
“I love you too Katniss.”
