Katniss’s POV:

I really want to know where Peeta is taking us for dinner!

“Peeta please tell me?”

“I told you Katniss, it’s a surprise.”

“Fine.”

I glance at him harshly, but jokingly and we start laughing.

“Ok Katniss, we’re here.”

I look at where we are and we’re at the fanciest restaurant in District 12.

“Oh my gosh Peeta, you shouldn’t have! This must’ve taken you a long time to get a reservation!”

“If it makes you happy, then it’s worth it.”

“Well it made me very happy.”

Then I kissed him softly on the lips.

He takes my hand and then we go inside to the server.

“A table for two in the reservation Peeta Mellark please,” said Peeta.

“I have it right here, please follow me to your seats.”

The server sits us and we order our food.

“Thank you Peeta, this is amazing.”

“Anything for you.”

I smile at him and he smiles back. Then, the food comes.

After we finish eating we pay the bill and head home.

When we get home we walk into the living room and I give Peeta a big hug.

“What was that for?”

“For being an amazing boyfriend.”

“Why thank you Miss. Everdeen and I would say your an even better girlfriend.”

We kiss passionately and when we release we head upstairs and go to bed for the night.
