Unfortunately, River had to attend an emergency meeting in the company. Pinatawag siya ni Papa Martin bigla kaya hindi na niya ako nasamahan pa. He just dropped me off the clinic of my dear friend, which happened to be his friend also.

"I think I am not the right person to confirm your condition, Cley" Marley said.

Naalarma ako sa tinuran niya. She looks so serious while saying it. What does she mean by not the right person to confirm it? may malubha na ba akong sakit?

"Do I have a serious disease?" abot-kaba kong tanong sa kaniya.

She chuckled. Mas lalo akong naguluhan sa kaniya and I am starting to get annoyed too. Is she pranking me? because she knows I don't do pranks.

"Marley!" saway ko sa kaniya dahil hindi parin siya tumitigil sa kakatawa.

"Go to an OB doctor, Cley. I will recommend you to my friend, Cyrus. He is a good doctor in his field. I can confirm it right now but I think, an expert can elaborate it to you well, plus he can give you more precautions and prescriptions" she explained.

"OB? why would I need an advice of an OB doctor? bakit di mo pa ako deretchuhin?!" medyo naiinis na ako sa kaniya. All she gave me was a broad explanation and terminologies that I can't comprehend.

She looks at me incredulously then violently heave a sigh when I am still confuse about what she said.

"Based on your explanation of what you have been experiencing lately, you're showing a symptoms of pregnancy" she fired away.

My eyes widen in surprise as I brought my hand on my mouth to cover it. Does it mean, I have the possibiliy of being pregnant?

Binaba ko ang isang kamay ko sa aking tiyan. It felt so empty but there is a possiblity that a human is starting to grow inside of me. How amazing is that?

"How is your mentrual calendar so far? is it delayed or not?" nakataas ang kilay niyang tinatanong ako.

Nag-isip ako sa tanong niya. Then, as I immediately realized what date is today, I violently turn my head back to her. Hindi ako dinatnan ngayon na dapat talaga na petsa ng regular cycle ko. After all the things had had happened, I lost track of it and come to think of it, we are very active when it comes to that.

Hindi ko mapigilan mamula habang iniisip kong nakakailan kami sa isang gabi. It is not just one, not two also, but more than that.

I bit my lower lip as I think of how insatiable my husband in bed everynight. He always ripped my innocence and naiveness when it comes to adult stuff.

"But, how come you get pregnant? wala akong natatandaan na may rumor boyfriend ka o asawa. Is he a secret?"

I snapped out of my reverie from her curiousity. I forgot that I am still a secret wife. Only our families and our bestfriends knew about our secret wedding. Hindi rin naituwid iyon dahil hindi ko rin naman tinatanong sa kaniya iyon. Nagsisimula palang kaming maging maayos kaya ayaw ko munang pangunahan siya sa desisyon niya.

Napalunok nalang ako habang nakatingin sa kaniya, kinakabahan. She is still looking at me with utmost curiousity in her eyes. Of course, she would be confuse by it since wala naman akong naging boyfriend after my ex and that was in our high school days.

"Meron kaba?" she snaps her fingers to pull me out of my reverie again. "Don't tell me, you have a secret husband. Sinasabi ko sayo, Cleofe, magtatampo ako. You didn't even invited me!" nakacross arms niyang sabi.

Bakas sa mukha niya ang pagtatampo. Naguilty tuloy ako. Siya lagi ang puntahan ko nung high school kapag may problema ako sa pag-ibig. Wala lang sa mukha niya yung love expert pero kapag nagbitiw na siya ng salita about love advices, papaisip ka talaga. Pranka din siya pagdating doon. She has no filter when truths. She will slap you with reality which is okay dahil mapapagising sa katotohanan.
