"C-chin?" she turned pale upon seeing me.

Napahinga nalang ako ng malalim at ibinaba ang hood ng cloak na suot ko. Kagagaling lang namin sa mahabang paglalakbay pero heto ako at kailangan pang ayusin ang gulo namin ni Jia.

"T-Tell me..." the anger in her face caused her to stutter. "What do you want from me? Hah! Don't think for a second that you've already won—-"

"Shut your mouth." I cut her off and I saw her eyes widened in surprise from my words.

She must have thought that I'm still that weak Empress who lets other people toss her around as they please.
