It had been a few days since everything, night fell upon the sky. (M/N) finally came back, his face had been a bit red. Training with Alizer wasn't always the best, but he need his strength to grow...

... that and Alizer was pissed about his car. He still found it funny and worth it.

He pulled up to the back of the mansion, making sure the busted red ferrari was out of sight from passing bystanders. He took it once more even though Alizer threatened him, but what was he going to do? Stop calling him the Hidden Demon?

He walked to the front, having it take awhile since the place was huge, before he slowly walked in.

He expected to feel tension right away, he expected to see glares when he passed by the people he betrayed. But there was nothing.

They greeted him like usual, a smile on their face.

He hid his confusion, didn't want them to know he knew. He decided that he would keep his guard up, maybe they were planning something. He couldn't lose focus now.

"How was your secret mission?" Kita asked, patting his shoulder.

He raised a brow, "Are you okay? You never ask about my secret missions."

"We just wanted to know."

"Uh... good?" He then looked around, "Where's Rin?"

In a quick glance he saw Aran glaring at him. He was happy to know one thing didn't change, but he knew what he was thinking.

But (M/N) shrugged it off, he already knew he had no right. He didn't have the right to call any of them nicknames, not even the right to call Atsumu 'pee-head' even if he deserved it.

"He's in your room." Kita responded. "And tomorrow, I have a mission for you."

(M/N) brightened at that, a new bounce to his step as he quickly went to his room. Everyone watched as he did that.

"You don't think he'll fully leave, right?" Atsumu asked, now beginning to understand why (M/N) didn't need backup.

"Yeah... You saw the way he lit up at the mention of Suna. He couldn't possibly leave..." Osamu agreed.

Kita gave a longing look, understanding the whole falling in love with the enemy. He finally looked at the twins, shrugging his shoulders.

"You never know..." He finally said, "A mission comes first, that's crucial." His mind wandering to his mission, leaving the one thing... person he cared about behind.

(M/N) was at his temporary room. His hand hovering over the knob, his hand shaking slightly. He was nervous, he was afraid, he was in pain. His fingers gripped on the knob, he felt the sphere of it hit his palm.

You got this... one more night. It's okay.

He opened the door, walking in as he closed it. Eyes on the ground before taking one deep, huge breath. Eyes trailing up to see Suna already looking at him.

Suna looked so sad, yet so happy, to see him. His hand rested on his side as he slowly sat up from his laying position, biting his bottom lip.

(M/N) rushed to his side, seeing the pain on his face. He gently put his hand on Suna's, expecting a flinch, but that never happened. Suna relaxed more in the touch. (M/N) pushed his luck as he put his hand behind Suna's head, helping him back to laying down.

"Don't hurt yourself." (M/N) mumbled, "I'm not worth being in pain for."

Suna looked at him, his hand reaching out and grabbing (M/N)'s shirt, "You're worth all the pain." He pulled him closer and rested his head on (M/N)'s stomach.

(M/N)'s heart shattered at that, Why? Why? Why are in pain for me? I betrayed you, I hurt you... please don't make this harder than it has to be.

"Angel?" (M/N) flinched at that nickname, slowly looking into Suna's eyes, "Are you okay?" He asked, turning his head to get a better angle, his hair in his face slightly.

(M/N) looked down at his hand that was holding Suna's still. He gently brought to his face kissing Suna's palm. Suna could still feel (M/N)'s lips on his skin, he could still feel his tenderness and touch. He wanted that to last forever, he needed it to last.

"I'm okay..." He finally said, "I'll always be okay when I'm with you."

Suna blinked at him, Then don't leave.

Suna removed his head, trying to sit up, (M/N) tried to get him to keep resting, but he resisted. He wanted to sit up, he wanted to stand next to (M/N). (M/N) had one hand behind Suna's back, the other was in front just in case the taller male would topple over.

Once Suna was fully standing he cupped (M/N)'s face, searching it. Finding the reason to everything, but there was nothing. (M/N) watched his eyes dance across his face, he noticed the slight dilation in Suna's eyes. And he wanted to fall apart. He couldn't bare to see that look in Suna's eyes, not when he was leaving tomorrow, for good.

He closed his eyes and turned his head down, Suna watched his every move. He rested his head against (M/N)'s head. His arms slowly going to (M/N)'s waist.

(M/N)'s eyes tightened in their closing, he couldn't bare to look at Suna. He couldn't see the hurt on his face, he couldn't put him through that pain. He didn't want to, but he had to. It was his mission. But he was failing his mission miserably.

(M/N)'s arms where at his side, he fingers curled in a fist. He clenched them and then unclenched them.

Don't do it.. Don't give in. Put distance between you guys, don't hug him back (M/N). You're the Hidden Demon, you never cared for someone, you never wanted someone. Break his heart, do it! Do it!

Even though his mind was telling him to, he couldn't. Suna felt (M/N)'s movements. He felt the slow pace of (M/N)'s arms. Suna furrowed his eyebrows.

He usually just hugs back automatically, he's acting strange. Does he know we know? No, that's impossible, he was gone.

His thoughts ceased as he felt arms wrap around him. He briefly looked down to see (M/N)'s eyes opened, but they were looking outward. He felt (M/N)'s hands clench around his shirt. He could feel his shirt tightened at the action. But he paid no mind.

"Angel?" He quietly said, tightening his hold on the shorter male. Feeling him stiffen from the name. Suna bit his bottom lip, feeling a deep sadness run through his veins. "Are you sure you're okay?" He finally asked.

It was quiet for a bit. Suna felt like he asked the air. He could feel the pain, his and (M/N)'s. He could feel them both at their breaking point. They knew it was coming to an end, they felt like crying. They felt like falling into each other's arms and never letting go.

They needed each other, they couldn't let go.

"Fine..." (M/N) finally said, his voice shaky as he felt so tired and so sad, "I promise I'm fine." He loosened his grip on Suna's shirt, resting his palm on Suna's back. "I'm just exhausted from my secret mission." His thumbs rubbing Suna's back three times.

But they both knew it was a lie.

(M/N) no longer told the half truth, it was nothing but full lies now.

And no matter how composed he was in front of the rest, Suna was a different story. He could easily fall apart under Suna, so he needed to keep looking away. He needed to keep putting distance between them. He just can't stay composed in front of the one he fell for.
