Lol I got this prompt off of tumblr. It's a little short but hope you like it😊

You and your wife were both teachers at your wife's son's high school. You had recently gotten married to her during the summer, and came back to work normal when school started.

You got along with her son just fine, and loved your new family to pieces. Everyone knew that Mary was Newton's mother, but nobody knew that she got married, to you no less. The three of you never really talked about it at school either. You just never thought to mention it to anyone.

That is, until, one particular incident that began to arouse suspicion in your students.

Mary popped into you class to give you your lunch (her class was lucky enough to have a microwave) one day and you said "thanks love!" She smiled and winked at you and left, and one of your rather nosy students just had to say something.

"Are you and Mrs. Sommers dating?" She asked, bracelets sliding down her wrist and she held her cheeks in her palms. 

"No, we aren't, Loba," you answered. It technically wasn't a lie. Loba narrowed her eyes at you suspiciously befitting eyeing her work and left it at that, continuing to kind her business.

The two of you tried to be professional first and partners second, but you loved each other too much to not be totally obvious about it. It also didn't help that Newton was obviously close to his mother and as well as you.

It got to the point where even the students tried to get the other teachers to spill the tea on your relationship.

Of course they would say things like, "Mrs. Sommers and L/n's relationship is their business and not mines to tell,"
but the students just seemed to have this strange obsession about it.

"I think it's kind of funny," your wife's cheerful voice rang in your ears as you looked up from your leftovers from lunch. You shimmied over to her classroom at school, as she was staying behind to grade some assignments. It was a Friday, and Newton had went to spend the weekend with his godmother.

"What's funny?"

"How nosy our kids can be," she said with a giggle as she leaned back in her chair, stretching out her body.

"It's a little funny," you admitted, stabbing at your food with your fork. "It's also kind of annoying, though."

Your wife combed her fingers hrough her brown waves of her, her tired blue eyes twinkling with love and adoration for you.

"Well, it is after hours, technically, and I hate not getting to see you all day," she grinned. She got up and strolled over to the desk you were sitting at. Her hands rested and both sides of the table as you looked up to her, giving your wife your undivided attention. The tip of her nose brushed against yours as her soft lips met yours. You couldn't help but smile against the kiss ass her hair tickled your forehead. You tugged at the collar on her lab coat, coiling your tongue with hers.

"I knew it!"

You and Mary pulled away and snapped your necks towards the classroom door. A few students (Loba included) were sticking they heads through the now open door, snickering and whispering at each other. Seconds later, they ran for it-bolting off who knows where into the hallway. You groaned as Mary chuckled to herself.

"I take it somebody's class has got a surprise pop quiz tomorrow?"

"Definetly."
