And that's how Y/n felt when they took a sip of some coffee that the scientist had made earlier in the lounge. Just the right amount of everything. He even went ahead and added a good amount of creamer and sugar to the pot. When they approached him, inquiring about how he makes his coffee so well, he only sighed in frustration, comparing their intelligence to something of a plant, and went to go and grumble elsewhere. That's when Y/n got the idea to get up early around the same time as him just to get a peek of how he crafted the drink. He begrudgingly allowed them to watch, and it turns out when he makes his own coffee, he makes his own coffee. from the powder to the creamer-everything. Y/n drank some, and could have sworn it was better than the last cup they had. Alex had ended up giving them some of his own homemade coffee beans and creamer, but it never really tasted quite the same unless he made it.
