3rd Persons pov:
It's been a day since the hunters approached the cabin, a day since George broke, and he is still curled up into a ball under the bed. It has been a day since Techno broke down after killing the hunters. It's been a day since Phil had to take care of everything on his own.
But it's just been hours since he came up with a terrible plan.
Phil pov:
I walked into the room with the two broken boys. I had tried to get George out of the bed after the hunters had died or escaped. But without hell, the boy remained under the bed, and he was broken. He didn't move. He had gone into a type of trance during the night. He didn't move, didn't speak, didn't do anything. He just laid there, and he was broken, on the line between life and death, and I knew it.
But I couldn't do anything about it. He was about to leave the earth, and I didn't know how to get him out of that space, but right now I needed to get Techno back to the earth before I lost him too. I don't know if I could survive without him here. It might sound like a cliche, but it's true. I didn't know if I could keep going if he disappeared. He was the person that was the closest I could call family. He was everything I had left. And I didn't want to go through losing another one without anyone to keep me from going insane. He was the only one who could remind me to still keep going, not lose myself.
Not die.
I walked over to Techno. I had laid him in my bed last night. His mind was still on earth, so I was able to get him into my bed, but unfortunately, it wasn't the same case with George. I didn't even know if he would survive. He was closer to Dream than I had thought.
Techno woke up when I sat down on the bed beside him. He didn't look good and just stared at me with an empty gaze. It felt like the whole world was gone, and I had just woken him up from his endless sleep. And maybe he would have slept until Armageddon if I hadn't woken him up now.
"What?" His tiredness was showing in his voice, but he spoke to me, and it didn't sound like wholeheartedly monotone, so he wasn't completely gone. Not like George.
"Well, I think I know something." I said, dragging my hand through his pink hair. It wasn't braided anymore, it flowed on his shoulders and it looked beautiful, majestic.
He rolled his eyes, clearly not in the mood for my idea, but he didn't know it, and I knew it. So then he had to hear it. And I knew that he would like it, and I knew I didn't like it. But I knew that I had to do it. Some sacrifices had to be made. And sometimes you just need to do it.
"I have an idea for Dream." When I said his name, Techno's face lit up, like someone had lighted a lightbulb in his head, but his gaze went back to the usual empty form when he realised that he was dead and that he couldn't do anything about it, or he thought he couldn't do anything about it.
"I went to the library and read some books when you were asleep." I started. He laid his head on my lap and I dragged my fingers through his hair, over and over again. His breath slowed down for a moment there. It looked like he was relaxing for the first time since his lover's death. So Techno relaxed on my lap, twinning his fingers into the blanket below us. And we sat that way for minutes, just living, existing.
"I found a type of necromancy magic, and we might have everything we need, if we get the right help." I said, I didn't want to reveal everything. I knew if he got his hopes up, I just didn't want to crush them.
He looked up at me. His gaze had turned from empty to hopeful, and I knew right then that I couldn't back down. This needed to succeed. "There is this book. I don't have it and we need to find it, but I have a feeling that I might know where we can find it." I said, holding his hands when he got up, just keeping him from running away.
"Where is it?" His voice was filled with excitement, like he was a kid again, like he was in the childhood he never got to have. He seemed happy. "I won't tell you until you have eaten something. You passed out yesterday because of the lack of nutrients, I won't let you pass out because of your 'not need to eat' arc." I said, I knew that he didn't want to starve himself, but he just had this bad habit of starving himself and putting other things in front of his own health.
He rolled his eyes. "Yeah, yeah, yeah. I will eat something." He dragged his body over to the kitchen, fell down on a chair and looked at me. "Yes, I have food." I said and smiled. He wasn't bad at making food. It was just that I was better than him, and after the one time he almost burned down the cabin when he tried to make an egg and roast potatoes, I just didn't trust him that much. And he didn't complain when I made food for him.
So I put down a plate with some toast, some mashed potatoes and a glass of juice. He immediately ate it all, and it didn't take long before all the food I had made was gone. "I guess I have to make more when it's lunch time." He smiled back at me and rolled his eyes. "I don't eat that much, and it is your fault that you make good food and force me to eat it." He had this playful tone in his voice, and everything felt normal for once. It's not like we were about to find out how to revive a dead person — a dead friend — lover.
Techno dragged on his winter boots and wrapped his cape around his shoulders, but he refused to wear his usual crown, and I knew he wasn't in the same mood as he expressed. His heart was still empty, and I knew it was something I couldn't fix. Only one person could.
I grabbed my cape and walked out after him, locking the door. I had put a plate with food beside the bed, and a note with information about where we were and how the cabin worked, just in case George came back and wanted to get something to eat, take a shower, or just go down and read a book or something. Just something else other than dying.
We decided to walk into the woods, taking a trip through it before we reached the desert and where Foolish had his house. We needed him to revive Dream, and maybe he would help. I hoped so. I knew that Techno would try to force him, but of course, wouldn't the magic work if something of it was forced? Every step had to be made voluntary, not forced by anyone.
So we finally found 'the temple of the Undying' and entered it. It was so much bigger than the cabin we had in the snow. Why did he need so much space? And was the big statue of DreamXD really necessary? He was a good builder, so I won't complain about the quality of it. It just seems a little unnecessary to have a big statue of him in your garden. But I'm not here to complain about his taste in furniture and style.
We both walked into his 'house' if you can call it that. It's around the same size as the prison, and that shit is big. And we found him in one of the many rooms. I don't know what he did there, but he froze when he saw Techno. I guess he was scared of the dead, I guess, but we weren't here to kill. At least not yet.
"Why are you guys here?" He asked, trying to make his voice chill and cool, but he wasn't able to do it. He still sounded stressed and scared when he spoke, not that I could say anything about it. I understand his anger. Just a day ago, we killed multiple of the smp members, so I understand.
"We need your help." I said, trying to sound as calm as I could, but it wasn't that easy. The whole plan relied on his answer. If he didn't want to help us, we had to find another way to revive Dream. And I don't know if there is another method...

I know that the chapter isn't that exciting, but I wrote it anyway.
But are you guys in for some Philza angst or should I just let them do what they planed without any major death for now?
