A/n: Advance Happy New Year y'all! I won't be able to update in New year so I'mma advance it HAHAHA. Btw, it's pretty short.

Loss after loss, one after the other. The Karasuno VBC never stopped in dashing up and down the small green hill as they lost again and again. Of course, there would be a time where they will win, but only with two point lead.

Aoyuki leaned her back onto the cool wall as she panted in an attempt to cool her body down from the heat and sweat. She pulled the hem of her shirt and lifted it to wipe the beads of sweat in her forehead.

“Here you go, Hinata, Aoyuki.” She looked to the side only to see Suga handing her and Hinata two water bottles. She let go of her shirt and accepted the water, mumbling her thanks and didn’t waste any more time on chugging the contents of the bottle.

Once she was done emptying her bottle, she looked at the entrance when the two Fukurodani managers plus Erin appeared, all of them holding a plate full  of already sliced watermelons. Aoyuki’s eyes shone at the sight of the fruit.

“Everyone! The parents from Shinzen High gave us some watermelons!” eri announced with a bright smile. Aoyuki joined the boys cheering.

Not long after that, she found herself sitted beside Daichi, Tanaka standing on her other side busy munching on his watermelon. Thankfully the sun was currently hiding behind a thin cluster of clouds, providing them a cool shade as they all took a break and sat down scattered all over the hills.

“Mmh!” Aoyuki hummed once taking another bite from her already half-eaten slice of watermelon. “It’s so good! I think I’m going to get another slice.”

Asahi smiled at her, sitting on Daichi’s other side, “I ate way too much once and got a stomachace.”

“Eh? Then I think I’m good with only one.” Aoyuki shrugged her shoulders. It would be bad if I got a stomachache.

She was about to take another bite when she saw Kuroo walking towards their direction, his eyes trained on Daichi who looked up once Kuroo was standing in front of their group.

“Sorry, by the way.” Tanaka and Asahi also looked up the Nekoma Captain, now all of them are looking at him curiously.

“About what?” Daichi blinked.

Kuroo looked at Aoyuki for a brief second, before looking back at Daichi. “I think I might have pissed off your glasses yesterday.”

A light bulb turned on on top of Aoyuki’s head, understanding what Kuroo is saying. Oh yea, he managed to piss Tsukishima off yesterday he walked out.

“What?” This got Daichi’s eyebrows raising.

And so, Kuroo proceeded to explain what happened on the third gymnasium yesterday, with Aoyuki piping in and nodding her head.

“You were with them, Aoyuki-chan?” Tanaka questioned.

Aoyuki nodded her head. “Kuroo-senpai was teaching me blocking.” She then turned to Daichi. “It wasn’t Kuroo-senpai’s fault that Tsukki walked out. It was mine. I told him to provoke Tsukki so that he would join.”

“Nah, it was mine.” Kuroo patted Aoyuki’s head, smiling a little, appreciating how she tried to take the blame off him. “I went overboard.”

Daichi was silent for a few seconds, pondering the story Kuroo and Aoyuki told them. He then looked up, a slightly amazed expression in his face. “Wow... Tsukishima actually helped out with practice. Even if you cornered him into it...So, what did you say?” he looked at Kuroo who sat down in front of them, his back facing the Karasuno.

“I provoked him and said he was going to lose to your shrimp over there.” Kuroo nodded at the drection where Hinata and Lev are busy spewing watermelon seeds from their mouth, Kenma sitting between them and eating his watermelon peacefully.

Asahi looked up at the sky, recalling something, “I’ve definitely noticed that Tsukishima seems to feel inferior to Hinata somehow.”

Tanaka then suddenly remembered something, “I don’t know if its relevant, but my sister said that there was a really tall guy named Tsukishima back when the Little Giant was still in Karasuno.”

This got Aoyuki raising her eyebrow, but kept on quietly eating her watermelon nonetheless.

“Huh? Tsukishima has an older brother?” daichi asked, surprised.

Tanaka laughed a little, swatting the air slightly, “Oh, but I’m not sure. They could just have the same last name and not be related.”

Before anyone could speak, they all whipped their heads when Suga called out, “Hey! We’re about to start!”

“Right, let’s go!” daichi stood up and patted his butt to rid of the grasses that clinged into them, Asahi, Aoyuki and Kuroo doing the same.

Tanaka panicked as he started eating his watermelong quickly, “Oh, sorry! One sec...!”

Kenma’s form of hands changed, from cupping the ball to set to pushing the ball over the net. Aoyuki’s eyes widened as she quickly did a dive, but was still too late. She closed her eyes and let her forehead rest onto the cold hard floor as she listened to the whistle.

“Go!” after daichi clapped his hands, the Karasuno VBC were already off to the hills, some were faltering and staggering from the strain of their legs and calves from running up and down endlessly the hills today.

Aoyuki rubbed her eyes tiredly as she and the guys start walking back down. She opened one eye and looked at Nishinoya a few steps in front of her walking alongside Suga.

“I can still do at least ten rounds!” Aoyuki deadpanned at her mentor.

Suga sweatdropped, “Uh, how about we win?”

As Karasuno went on another, and probably their last match for today seeing as the sky was already an orage hue with the sun steadily setting on the horizon, Aoyuki opted to seat down and  beside Takeda and Ukai and let Nishinoya play.

Besides, I have to take a rest, knowing that Bokuto-senpai and Kuroo-senpai will probably tire me out later again from blocking and spiking. Aoyuki let out a heavy sigh, slouching her back.
