After walking a few blocks they stopped, waiting for someone to pick them up. Ran was shouting through his phone at some 'incompetent idiot'. He was scary in this phase as the owner of Roppongi. "Rindo, did you give this asshole the right address?"
"I'm sure." Even if they had been waiting for less than two minutes, Rindo was exasperated too but seemed more steady.
Y/n stood leaning on the wall eating her Pocky sticks observing and thinking how these people were accustomed to having everything at their mercy whenever they ask for it. This was better than thinking about the fight that would start soon.
"They're finally coming." The older hanged up staring at the far at a group of motorcyclists. When they parked, he scolded them and might have beat the before mentioned incompetent idiot with his baton.
"Y/n, stick with us when we arrive. Okay?" Rin came next to her to distract her from watching how Ran was doing his punishment.
"You haven't told me where we are going." She pointed at him accusingly with a mid-eaten stick.
Stepping closer with a mid smile, he made her feel nervous with the closeness. He had approached to take the rest of the Pocky with his mouth and yanked it.
Rindo left her speechless and paralyzed by the bold action and snapped back to reality when Ran came to tease his brother.
"Nice move, Romeo." His lazy face was back when he get to them. The younger erased his flirty face at the sight of him and became sour when the other placed a helmet on her head before taking her hand and dragging her to a vacant bike. "Hold on tight, darling." With his actions, Ran was ordering her to climb behind him.
Rin rolled his eyes for taking her but didn't argue. Another man left a motorcycle for him and everyone rode to their destination leaving behind the one that had been beaten.
Y/n wished she had bought a lottery ticket. How lucky she was to end up at the city dumpster where the fight was going to take place, arriving alongside the Haitani brothers?
"I really don't want to be here, please take me back to the city." She pleaded to the older brother when they arrived. "I hate fights."
"How do you know it is a fight?"
"It seems pretty obvious to me," she lied with a concerned face, the last thing she wanted right now was to see her friends getting hurt from the first row. "The location is far from the city so the cops won't intrude, men are wearing gang uniforms and I get chills looking at them."
"Very perceptive, y/n, but remember you promised to hang out with us. This is just our first stop, I have other plans for later. Wherever we go, you go. "
The previous symptoms stroke her again. She felt unable to move by her shaking limbs, starting to feel the pulse of her veins and a light cold sweat on her forehead.
"Remember what I told you and act cool, you are now a spectator," Rin said in her ear when Ran left her side to give instructions to the group of men that were under their command.
As she could, nodded and composed herself walking between the siblings inside the battlefield earning a lot of whispers from the ones that were already there waiting. If she could she would have run, but it wouldn't be a smart decision, the city was too far and all the surroundings were full of gangsters, her weakened legs would only make her sluggish, and the strict Haitanis would be upset with her if she didn't do what they expected.
The best play for her now was to sit on the top of a pile of cars like royalty and ignore the fight.
"Everyone is watching you." She whispered at them sensing the stares in their direction.
