What Izana had asked wasn't as hard to do by the girl as he could come to assume. The moment she felt his breath mix with hers, the attraction to close the gap was inevitable.
Even if he meant it to sound like an order to confuse Toman, making them think she has changed her allegiance, she distinguished the anguish in his mouth movements.
The way he kissed her was distinct from when he stole it. He honestly didn't want her to leave his side and left the message in a passionate kiss which the girl easily kept up.
"I'm tempted to leave with you right now." The young man said before kissing the tip of her nose.
"You call the shots," Y/n breathlessly told him, removing the strands of hair from his face. "Now, I'll go do my thing."
"I'll have fun."
Breaking a few hearts from the boys watching didn't matter if the bold action told Toman members they shouldn't worry about her well-being and to focus on the battle.
The blushed girl walked to the center of the arena, having the startled stares of the boys in the front line of Toman.
"Welcome to the final battle and Tenjiku's raising. From the Shibuya district, our special guests, the Tokyo Manji gang."
They would have believed her acting if she hadn't started coughing after several hours of taking her meds. Before anyone could approach to aid her, the girl raised her hand to stop them.
"History will be written tonight as the day Toman and all the other gangs in Tokyo fell under Izana Kurokawa's rule."
Her cold words were sufficiently convincing for the ones at her back, but the newly comers saw the effort it was taking her to stand before them with such a harsh demeanor.
Y/n gulped through her dry throat after containing the desperate cry and the need to run at the black-uniformed boys she had missed so much.
"Saying this, let's start right away with the ritual. Gangs, present your forerunner."
"You go first, Shion," Izana commanded, wanting to see the guy who lost years ago against them clean up his past mistake.
"Very well." The manager girl watched the young male coming closer with a cocky walk for his introduction. "Former president of the Black Dragons 9th generation and one of Tenjiku's heavenly kings, Shion Madarame. Who will Toman send?"
Y/n saw the uncertainty in the group, discussing who would be the chosen one. It wasn't Toman boys' fault they didn't know how it worked.
For a moment, Takemichi was about to take a step forward, but the girl subtly grimaced, and his comrades' remarks made him stop.
"Come on, stop joking around, Toman," Shion yelled, hurrying the adversaries. "Not even one of your MVPs is around, and no one is around to be the forerunner?"
She took avail of her supervisor's stance to face with crossed arms at the undecisive team and looked directly at the airhead boy, knowing his skills were adept for the task and hoping he would understand the meaning of her intently eyes.
It was a miracle when Peh-yan got the sign from the girl and started walking to the center after making their acting president back off. "Your opponent will be me."
"Tokyo Manji gang acting 3rd division Captain, Ryouhei Hayashi." Y/n announced with relief as he got in front of the other.
"Whatever." Shion advanced, trying to begin the round, but the girl stopped him, placing her hand on his chest. "Y/n, let go of me. I can finish Toman by myself."
