"Everything is set, she won't deny hanging out with you after you save the day."

"I can't wait to see their faces, I'll have fun with it."

"And may Toman fall apart, but take care with your tongue, her inquiring skills are sharp."

"Tsk, I'm not an idiot."

'This is a disaster.'

Y/n wanted so badly to rip out her hair of the frustration. The group of volunteers from her school that she got to join the cause hadn't arrived yet and the festival was going to be in a few hours.

"We'll work through this, miss." The young man by her side, who was also a volunteer she got to know at the previous meetings, was trying to calm her patting her back.

"I can't believe they ditch me to handle all by myself, I strictly told them to be sharp on time." Taking a deep and long breath, she closed her eyes focusing on all the things left to do. "Kaku, you have your things to do, leave this to me, don't worry."

"If we do it together, it'll be easier and faster. Just tell me what to do."

"She told you to go fuck off, dude." With a smug entrance, the slender god of death made his appearance, displacing the other with a hostile bump with the arm. "Sweetheart, it seems that you need a hand."

"Who the hell do you think you are, man?" Kaku pushed him hard by the chest, both ready to pick a fight.

Before anything else, the girl placed herself between them with a severe semblance. "Stop! What are you doing here, Hanma?"

"I enlisted as a volunteer, of course."

"Don't make me laugh." She rolled her eyes and turned to fully face him with crossed arms. "What do you want? We're pretty busy here."

"See, sweetheart, the problem is that you always too busy to hang out with me, so I came to solve that." The corner of his mouth faintly lifted watching her irritation. "You know what I want."

Sensing that the new guy was a problem, the volunteer tried to interfere. "You don't have to do what he wants, we..."

"No, Kaku, he's right. I need a hand and he has two. Go and do your stuff, we can't disappoint the kids."

"You heard her." With his head, he made a motion for him to leave them, and once he reluctantly walked off, Hanma spoke again. "You won't regret taking my aid, I swear."

"I hope so, there's a lot to do if we are just two persons."

"Who says we are only two? I came prepared." He snapped his fingers and in a matter of seconds, a group of boys of new Toman's division was behind him. "We are on your mercy."

Her eyes brightly shone, things were going to work out after all. Even if the situation was suspicious, there was no time to dig in.

"Is strange that he already had a team prepared to help her. Sanzu, let's keep supervising him, I don't trust him at all."

"I agree, Captain."

"Kenchin, I'm bored."

"Hmh." He kept ignoring his nagging attitude, watching the motorcycle catalog laying over Mikey's carpet.

"Guys, are you sure you won't go?" Emma entered the room, blushing when the tall one smiled back at her. "Everyone is going, you should too."

"You know Mikey and his lazy ass."

"Who's everyone?" Remembering that the girl had given a flyer to his rival, fastly stood up. "We're going too."
