It Wasn't Me

(I thought this would be funny solely because of @Moth_berry. Your comment amused me.)

Bonnie and Freddy entered the Fazcade, being met with a very odd scene.

Don, Cody, Rico, and Gregory were running around playing what seemed to be tag. Roxy and Ace were staring at Chica and Monty as they attempted to put out a rather small fire that happened from an exposed wire sparking from one of the arcade machines.

There was a moment of stillness before a loud pop echoed.

Then the smallish fire engulfed into a much larger one.

Everyone stared for a moment before breaking into panic and screaming.

Roxy and Ace helped Monty and Chica to try and control it.

"Should we go help them?" Bonnie asked, getting concerned about the place burning down.

Freddy sighed, "I got this."

He went over to a fire extinguisher on the wall, taking it with him over to the flames. He took out the pin and began spraying down the base of the fire. Soon it was out.

The room got silent real fast.

Freddy set down the extinguisher, "So would anyone like to tell me what happened?" he asked in a rather calm voice.

Everyone remained silent.

"I'm not mad, I just wanna know."

They looked at each other for a few seconds.

Don spoke up, "I did, I caused the fire-" but was caught off.

"No, no you didn't," Freddy stated, he looked over at Roxy, "Roxy?"

"Don't look at me," her ears flattened, "look at Monty."

"What? I didn't do it." he glared at her.

"huh, that's weird." she acted as if she was interrogating him, "How'd even you know it was on fire?"

"Because it was burning right in front of us!" he snarled.

"Suspicious," she glared.

"No, it's not," he argued back.

"If it matters, probably not, but Chica was the last one next to it," Cody pointed out.

"Liar, I don't even play that crap," she squawked.

"Oh really? then what were you doing by the arcade machine earlier?" Cody asked.

"I was leaning against it because my legs were tired, everyone knows that Cody!" she snapped.

"Okay okay, let's not fight, I did it, let me fix it." Don interrupted, trying to prevent a fight.

"No, Who did it," Freddy asked a little more stern now.

"Freddy...Ace's been awfully quiet," Monty stated in a low voice.

"Really?!" Ace spoke up.

"Uh, yeah, really," Monty looked at the goat.

The group started to argue among themselves now. Don, Gregory, and Rico managed to escape before getting dragged into it further. They stood next to Bonnie as Freddy came back over to them.

"So uh who do you think broke the wire?" Bonnie asked, kind of curious.

"I did it," The four snapped their heads at the bear who was watching the scene in front of them.

"I tripped on the wire and ripped it," he looked at them.

"Why didn't you tell an employee?" Don questioned.

"Not a lot happened around here after Bonnie went missing so I was sort of hoping something like this would occur." the bear admitted, going back to watching the argument.

Bonnie sighed and leaned his head on the bear's shoulder, this was why he could never leave him alone for too long.

"So what now?" Gregory asked.

"I predict ten minutes from now, they'll be at each others' throats with war paint on their faces and a plushy head on a stick." Freddy guessed.

They watched in silence as the argument became more heated.

"Should we do something?" Rico quietly asked.

"Give it a few more minutes," Gregory replied, genuinely wanting to see who would win.
